First thing that came to my mind here is the slim building. Youd wonder where the suites are. But then, its all there. The slim hotel!

Their rooms are cute and small but very okay. The services need be improved upon!

This hotel thrivemax has the worst customer service in the world, PLEASE do not book online, the worker do not respond to calls, when they pick the phone, they only say hello and hang up, they did that to me over 20 times in 24 hours, i actually booked for my husband because he is supposed to go for an interview in USA embassy on the 15th Dec, i booked 12th-15th dec, and i booked since November, unfortunately the USA cancelled the interview, i tried to change date since 10th Dec to the next appointment date, all calls was rudely hung up on me, i used customer care chat, chatted with Taghreed and Hala, all to no solution, they also wrote me that their call was hung up on them...can you imagine? on the 11th Dec, i called several times from the USA, the lady hanged me called 6 times before finally said no more vacant room jut cancel and you ill be refunded, i told her if they cant refund they should PLEASE change date, she hung the phone again, i am calling with my on credit and the receiver kept hanging the calls,please do not book this hotel online, till now no email or any message has been sent to me, if is my hotel i will fire these incompetent people who only cares for themselves not the customers welfare. I NEED MY REFUND OR A CHANGED DATE , NEXT APPOINT IS NOW JAN 13TH-16TH
