Arguably the best Hotel in the whole of Alimosho Local Govt of Lagos. It offers varieties of things including a night club. Its a cool place to be. Everything is available.

Services here is average. They didnt have quite a number of things required for guests comfort while staying there. Staff are courteous and well behaved.Basic room amenities should be made available like intercom, foot mats, toiletries, etc.

Mehnnn. The room and bathroom was ridiculous. Nasty. Dirt everywhere. Looked like they last swept when Moses walked through the ocean. The AC looks like it was made when I was one years old. I lowkey almost got electrocuted trying to turn off the television. If you love your life, find a better hotel.15,000/night for wetin? Abeg!!

Why should I even give 1 star? My room wasn’t that clean at all. The floor has dirt. The bathroom was the worst, just very dirty looking with a spider on the toilet and spider webs and stinky. The water was coming out slowly and the water heater didn’t even work. Mold and mildew everywhere. I didn’t use the bathroom except to brush and pee. Just very unsanitary. When I checked out, I had to wait until I travelled all the way back home to bath. Breakfast was tea and bread and it was almost like they went to Ikeja to get it before it was given to me. The power switch is by the light switch so you would get confused and turn it off and wake up in the morning with a non charged phone and devices and the television went so loud at one moment and when I tried to reduce the volume the buttons didn’t work so I just switched the power off. Even the room and bathroom had open holes in the walls where you can see metal and cords in several spots and that’s very dangerous. This hotel is just so overrated. Old dirt and dust along the length of the wall of the room floor. Most of the good reviews are about the lounge and not the actual rooms. The a/c was from the 80’s but it was ok and I didn’t get bit by any mosquitoes. Las las, the BEST part about the hotel was leaving it! Never again. They could really do better. Anyways…it is what it is.

Valentine evening spent there with hubby, my daughter, her husband and my grandson...quiet and fun too... But waited for more than an hour for our order..Guess Valentine night had too much guests

Bad bad bad, doesnt deserves any star. Only at havanah is where they will bring you standing fan to accumulate the AC in your room. Still cant stop laughing. Food taste is Zero and dont expect in time , you order food now and they bring it before your friend arrives from abuja 🤣

The two stars being that the hotel exists, polite staff, covid 19 measures and tasty restaurant meals and security . It needs upgrades. Walls arent looking good, my initial beddings had cigarette burns, wardrobe was dusty, visible piping in the shower dusty, sink tap looked funny, floor drain was an eyesore, bucket provided was not clean, blinds on bathroom window was ewww. Generally Id say no attention to detail in the room. Looking off the balcony a roofing sheet, probably a side corridor with all the hotel junk(from used condoms to plastic waste and what not)thrown from above, no joy in standing at the balcony. Realising the dust I imagined what would be happening in the AC filters. Professional cleaners need to be here, alot of status quo needs to be changed. I mean the edifice is magnificent but not being harnessed in its full potential.

It was okay.. The surrounding is neat and fine. But I felt like the rooms werent worth the price. I ordered food and they brought it two hours later, after they said itd take twenty minutes. I didnt sleep over so thats all I can say about first impressions. All in all, my stay was mostly comfortable.

The hotel is old and not maintained properly. The bath tubs are leaking. The room my friend stayed the toilet wasnt flushing. AC was faulty. They had a dirty bedsheet and a coloured duvet on the bed. Only God knows how long its been there. The room is dusty, the mirrors down the stairs, the rails. The tiles. Mehn the entire hotel needs a overhaul. Lastly theyre over priced living on old glory.

The Staffs are very friendly and the rooms are clean. The Hotel is quiet and has a nice environment. The rooms are very comfortable. It has a high level of security which is very good.

When we talk about comfort in hospitality Havannah Suites and Conference Center sure has a unique way to delivery such to her customers. Standard pool, too notch security, friendly staffs, standard and comfy rooms, enough space to park and cold beer for chills. Thinking about fun unlimited, the club is where you get A-List fun around alimosho.

Decent place. It has a nice pool. Well stocked bar with good service. There is a hotel on the premises, with good good choices in rooms and suites. The pricing on the hotel is fair to high. The bar is adequately priced as well.. 24 hours electricity is guaranteed in the hotel. The conference centre is fairly large. It also has a hall for rent that seat about 200 people.

☺ ☺ If you are looking for drink 🍻, 🍗 barbecue, hot soup 🍲, 🍽 and 3 star 🌟 hotel 🏩 for accommodation. Then you got one the best in Alimosho Local Government of Lagos state in Nigeria 🇳🇬, W/African. The best picturesque I can give you is think of a hotel 🏩 that is about half a street long. Always a party experience here loads of drinking music 🎶 and eating about.

Well, this is really very impressive for a location as Gowon Estate. Nice infrastructure, large car park, large rooms, good bathroom, good wardrobe but I never got to use their internet. Too much security around the internet so i did not bother myself to ask.But its fine anyways.

The classiest hotel I know within the Egbeda neighborhood, staying in this hotel is definitely going to be an enjoyable and comfortable one.I know of 24hours power, Swimming Pool, Neat environment, Enjoyable and pocket friendly meals at their restaurant, Equiped and sizable halls for a large variety of Events. Trust me the place is just cool.This hotel offers better experience than some standard hotels within Victoria Island and Ikoyi.Their manager is quite welcoming but the other staff members... Cant say much.
