The facilities were not working well.The food was poor..The rooms were smelling like thay had not been used for long.I suggest you get another hotel if you are planning on using this hotel.

Simply the worst airport hotel. Poor aesthetics, room service consistently late. Lodge here only if you cant find a better place. Hailing cab services find it hard to locate this hotel. This hotel should be charging 8,000naira per night. Forgive me but this was my experience and a honest review!.

The welcome was good. The Receptionist was professional and communicated nicely. Although a bit difficult locating the hotel on the map, we enjoyed our stay.Like every other hotel, there is need for continues improvement of her facilities.Overall, the location is nice and secured

This hotel is good for Indian meals but Covid 19 test sample collecting always not responding properly not yet giving result.They not following with medical services always refusing to get information. This drawback should be correct properly.

Neat and clean. Caring and friendly staff. Lagos Airport is a short 15 minutes away. Meals are tasty and well prepared. Light is bright with very clean rooms. Security is 24x7. Would stay there again. Credit Cards are unacceptably as is the same throughout Nigeria.

The staff are wonderful. They are respectful and make you really feel at home. The environment is clean and comfortable and the food is nice. I will stay there again when I visit Lagos.

A home afar, my best description of the hotel. Kudos to the Staff and management of Excel Oriental hotel Lagos. Very friendly and always looking happy with smiles.

The services was zero.......their was power outage at the hotel for hours in the afternoon and in the evening it was restored.At night power was taken. It was a horrible experience.

Intercom not working, no towel in the bathroom. The workers are generally nonchalant about it after reporting it more than 30minutes. This is my second time of experiencing such in at the same hotel. Disgusting.

Simple neat hotel especially good for travellers looking for hotel near Lagos international airport.

Youre guaranteed 24hr uninterrupted power supply, regardless of the power situation in the country. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One thing I found very weird though was that you had to pay to get your clothes pressed, as they do not provide complimentary iron. They do however offer a complimentary breakfast, but it is just for one person even if youre a couple 👫? 🤔

Entrance into hotel is welcoming, all staff are extremely courteous but some facilities are not optimally functional.

Its the worst hotel Ive ever been to. Maybe I came at a bad day, maybe not. The service was poor. We didnt get our rooms on time. Our food came up late. The power supply was inconsistent. It was terrible

This hotel is located some few distance to the Murtala International Airport and comes highly recommended for weekend getaway.

My stay is cool , good working staffs

Rooms, the surroundings, the general ambient is exquisite/okay. But bathroom light is inadequate.

Beautiful outside but a mess inside. Too crowdy at the reception area. Beddings are old, stained and almost in shreds. The one upon a time white towels have turned brown. The bathroom contained one tiny bar soap and two rolls of toilet papers. You dont get towels until you ask. We demanded the beddings be changed. I think the hotel is primarily used for short time.....No running hot water for shower. Buckets of warm water were brought into the room by the attendant for me to shower with. The door of the shower fell off the hinges and nearly hit me. The shower head was so crooked that the whole floor was full of water. Water was sipping out of the corner of the shower on to the floor of the bathroom. No kettle was provided in the room to make tea. No tea, sugar, cup...nothing was provided.......simply nothing. The place sucks. I will not recommend the place to anyone....Paid thirty five thousand naira per night for a mess.....What a rip off!

Meets my need

The kitchen is apparently 24hrs but they run out of stuff so at 1am youre left with whatever is available. Also, the A.C. wasnt working so we had to switch rooms after we couldnt fall asleep.
