The positivesSecond time (2020) Ill be using this facility, first time was 2018. Friendly & cooperating staff, that I commend. I felt safe and wasnt threatened at any point of my stay. There was some form of light all night. It wasnt rowdyThe NegativesThe overall experience was distasteful. The rooms albeit manageable for its price was an eyesore. Dusty shelves, No AC remote, shaky bed frame, Old towels, No Dstv unlike the last time, No cardreader for its door, Color riot with her choice of beddings & quilt, No in-room service, hotel restaurant isnt functioning. And alot of other shortcomings.Conclusion.Management needs to get the hotel back to her pre-2018 stage. What I met in 2020 wasnt it at all. A whole lot of work needs to be done, otherwise theyll struggle to be competitive with her peers.
