Great staff. But the whole place could use a renovation. Also, the building is conspicuous, but a signpost to let guests know theyve arrived is important as well.

This is one of the worst hotels Ive ever lodged. The entire facility is poor. Room not well kept including bathroom. I wont recommend this to anyone. Planned to stay for 2 nights but had to pay for a night. Poor staff management also.

Drive way not wide enough for convenient manoeuvres ,stair Hall not built based on design standards no enough headroom at the soffit of the stairs and landing. The patrons are somehow rough the first thing that welcomed me was the strong smell of hemp. The staff and reception staff are quite hospitable.

No free breakfast, expensive meals

I had a wonderful stay here before I traveled to Akure. Pleasant experience and staff was great. Very affordable. Security good.

Nice Hotel but rooms are very tight. No space in the rooms and parking in the hotel is difficult and stressful.

Lively place to be,24hrs light and good management service

Manageable...... Room too small for the price. No water to bath, porter brought in water with Bucket, never cared to know if use cold or hot water. Receptionist need to go for training on Public Service.

Love the space in the room, just the flight of stairs though as there’s no lift. But nice experience

The location fantastic, but service and management is worthless. Room full of tiny cockroaches , dirty and staffs are the most hopeless to ever deal with. Mannerless things . I suggest whoever owns that hotel should get every body fired. Contract the hotel to a hospitality management firm.

Functioning room services:heaters, tv, neat bathroom and all, polite, well behaved staff,, Lil discount, option of getting food elsewhere if thats your preference(thats what I loved the most 😂)

This hotel doesnt attract even 2 stars. The rooms and the bathroom is so tight, not spacious at all. I have stayed for 2 days now out of 3 days booked and the hotel is yet to find the remote to the TV in my room. All the towels are old and no parking space in the premises. No elevator to the building and you need to watch your head climbing the steps to the floors.

The maintenance is on point, and its a fine place in general... Only advice is they fill the pool and put more pictures on google... Almost didnt come here cuz I didnt see pictures online
