Just an OK place.Restroom interior is nice but the light is not okay at all.Limited socket for multiple charging at one.... business class room looks big and spacious but bites from small insects are inevitable. Room rates can be negotiated.

This place is nice. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and nice. Though, the AC are not the modern ones but it is very cold as well. It is really home away from money. It is perfect for a sleep out occasion as well as a relaxation center. Should in case you need somewhere to relax during the day and to leave in the evening, they have package for that. It is called Half-Day so you dont have to pay the full hotel bill and it is not time bound as far as you are not sleeping over night and you can leave latest by 7pm.

AY Hotel.is behind excellence hotel, ogba, Lagos state, is situate on Odusami street, off wenco road.This hotel was strategically positioned to rival excellence hotel when it was established some years back, but presently their service has dropped drastically.Their menu list is dry coupled with the non challant attitude of the front desk personnelThe car park is almost non existent

Now Xainab hotel, beautiful despite small surroundings, I think Isalu hospital has finally acquired this hotel and the name was changed from AY hotel to Xainab hotel.Next time when you visit Xainab hotel, you might probably wish to take a look at Isalu hospital, its big, computerized no fraud with sound doctors. I can assure you of a 5 star service when you visit both Xainab hotel and Isalu hospital

Their service was okay but hygiene was disappointing. Seeing a lot of houseflies where you eat is a total turnoff.

Local old and over rated for the prices, I had bad experience with mosquitoes all night and they are not well organised.
