I had a restful night at K-One but I was quite disappointed that they had this fancy shower set up in the bathroom that didnt work. I hope that this hotel doesnt suffer poor maintenance like others do

Basic hotel.. decent and clean. i gave 3 star because they have not done anything to make it really good. Just ok. stayed for over 2 weeks.1. moved around 3 rooms to find comfortable bed.2. AC works but noisy3. rooms are cleaned and kept nice enough. Nothing special.. just basic.4. Staff cordial but not very responsive5. Good Location6. Only a pool, no GYM7. Wifi works but its epileptic.8. There is hot ans cold water but water stinks rust.Hotel overall rating is like a ONE STAR Hotel.

A nice cozy and comforting place to spend alone time located in a reserved area. Plus, its walking distance to TLScontact visa venue, and short driving distance to Lagos airport. Just that the rooms are not much. Great service rendered from employees...

Tight parking within the facility. Even saw a dead cockroach on the floor leading to the pool...guess it wasnt time for cleaning up yet...

Nice experience at the hotel.Spent about 2 days with my wife there few days ago.We were lodged at one of the Deluxe rooms on the 4th floor.Nice wallpaper, neat room and beddings, courteous staff.I am happy to visit again if I have to be in Ikeja.

Nice quiet hotel with affordable price

The rooms were okay. The receptionists were friendly and responsive. They have relatively spacious parking spaces. For security, Id give them above 90%. I never had to try their meal, but I was disappointed with the type of tea and coffee that came with an executive room. The toiletries also didnt match up to my expectations. On the overall, it wouldnt be a bad choice in case you want to try, also considering its proximity to the international airport in Lagos.

Located around Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way. A serene and quiet environment. Theres a bar and a restaurant inside. Good sitting arrangements and with outdoor sitting. A nice place to be.

The hotel is a great place to spend the weekend. It has a swimming pool area, an open air restaurant, an indoor restaurant and lodge. The food here is great but it takes time to be prepared especially when orders are many. It could take up to an hour.The staff are nice welcoming people and the service is great

Im giving this hotel a 5 ecause I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are very well mannered,the meal was superb and for just N2000,its a huge points scored. They had constant electricity the whole time.The only place I think they need improvement is with some minor facility correction like the sliding door in the shower was faulty although its not a big deal but a hotel this standard should pay attention to it.

Affordable and convenient for a quick stay. Location is preferred for its central access to most important places you might be visiting around.Watch out for tiny bathrooms in the standard and deluxe rooms.

This place is cool, exclusive and nice place, you will live it when you spent a night there. The workers are so nice and welcoming too. I enjoyed my time there.

Unfortunately, I didnt get a view of the rooms as I was only there to briefly see a friend. However, I love the fact that its in a very secluded area. The staff at the reception were courteous too. Everything looked neat and tidy.

Impressive hospitality and attention to the little details that matter and its all on a budget off the regular.The bathroom was neat with Fresh Hand and Bath towels which I admired. The Air Conditioner in the room works like the Russian weather and to think there was bathroom supplies and tea if you felt like it with an Electric kettle on standby right on the table top refrigerator.Somewhere you need to experience if youre traveling and in the vicinity

Hidden but nice structure

Im so satisfied with the services, especially the tall dark guy at the bar, he is so professional in what he do. I didnt give 5 star due to personal reasons, I dont anyone to lose his or her job. If Ill recommend any staff it will be the girl that wears IFY and the dark guy at the bar, its painful I cant remember his name. I love the hotel

Location is great and this particular Presken feels luxurious and at a great price too. It has a swimming pool and a nice and well-stocked bar. Their staff are courteous and professional. The only downside to my stay was the non-functional water heater, an alternative was however provided. A nice hotel it is 👍

This Presken Hotel sits in a hideout so its relatively quite and quaint. Its got spacious rooms at low cost, a well-stocked bar and a pool, and welcoming staff. Some other restful facilities include a lift (elevator) and 24/7 power supply👍🏾, and express laundry. Cabs for hire are available as well.Downsides I experienced are cleanliness of the sheets, which were quickly changed on demand with apologies, weak doors into the rooms and bathrooms, and poor TV channels. In fact, only Channels TV showed in my room at the time. Probably if one complained, there might have been a change.The kitchen boasts of great meals but they had no goatmeat😱 How cant they have goatmeat peppersoup or...As for personal security: find a better place to keep your precious items or ask the front desk as there are no safes in the rooms and only one access in & out the hotel although, manned by security personnel that issue clearances of sorts.
