I attended a wedding a few weeks ago. I loved the environment, the hall was spacious and the restrooms were very okay. My major challenge was the sloppy hill leading to the building; I was on heels and it was quite challenging. I wasnt prepared for that.

The hotel was great, it was clean and nice, the staffs were supportive and the Manager was kind enough to offer some discounts because I was booking multiple rooms.Pros: Clean environment, large car park, great staff and customer service, really good food, affordable prices.Cons: The hotel has been around for long time and it shows. I.e. The use of shower curtains in the toilets, the furnitures.Overall the hotel was a really great place to spend the night, asides from some of the facilities being a old, I had no issues or major complains.

Excellent customer service. The hall we used was spacious, well ventilated and the staff served with empathy and worked diligently to make everyone comfortable.

Great place!! My sister used their mini Hall for her wedding. The parking space on the road side is plagued by agberos who extort people the security they claim to provide to vehicles parked.

It is a nice hotel with a huge hall and a beautiful environment, park in space is available. Their security is kinda rude and what got to me is the gas plant directly opposite it.

A 500 capacity Events Centre around the Central Business District of the Lagos State capital. Well secured and ideal for official and private social functions. The permanent stage suffices for events requiring elevation for musical band, resource personnel and/or VIPs.The air conditioning was excellent while the conveniences are adequate and neat.Efforts may be made for additional parking space.

I had the opportunity to be in the Hall only,but the ambience is nice. Air conditioners were working really well and the room was quite cool, despite how hot the weather was outside.

Great environment, the members of staff were very polite and helpful. It felt like home away from home. Kitchen and restaurant services was prompt👌🏽.However if you order for pepper soup dont forget to ask for less pepper 😀

Nice accommodation in Ikeja, Alausa. If you are on a business trip within the mainland and you are looking for an executive hotel service on a budget, this place offers a great value. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is a 5mins drive from Ikeja City Mall, so you could dash in for a quick shopping. I stayed in their Executive Suite and I recommend.

The staffs are well trained and have your need at heart. Ostra hotel is conducive and its located in the heart of Ikeja Lagos. Few minutes to Fela aka African shine, Ikeja city mall etc.. The food was mouth watering! The bar is well stocked with a nice view elevated from the ground. My experience is memorable!

Yes great place... I know the manger personally... but thats not why Im saying it.... tho its kin dog antique and outdated... the paintings... the wall painting.... the road is sloppy but good for a wheelchair... it has about 4 halls... for events and all... a bit hard to locate... but good

The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Cosy ambience and smart, courteous staff. Ordered food and drinks and was well served. Food was tasty and presented.The hotel,s cleanliness also endeared the place to my friends and I. Will recommend it to my friends.

Was here for an event and I must say that the hall meets the stringest standards.The floor is well tied, the hall is cooled with several indoor units and it creates an ambience that would require modest decor to get the best of.There is ample toilet space for guest and a good parking area for guest. Though the parking space can easily become overwhelmed, it is easily managed with the security details who doubles as parking assistant.Great hall for events.

Oh well, This is definitely a great place. Though, I didnt quite explore all the parts of the hotel. Went over there to train some participants about digital skills..I do like their hall, quite massive and i think it can seat up to 1000 people or more at a time.If you have an event, this is some place you might want to consider.

The staff where awesome, great sense of humor and style , I loved the view of the city from the hotel and its proximity to urban life. I had a great time :)

Located in the serene area of Alausa. Cultured staff and hotel is adequately maintained. They need to improve the air-condition system in the rooms. The staff are well behaved but need more training.

Conducive environment, comfortable hall for occasion, nice rooms and pleasant customer service.It can be a good hideout most especially if youre looking for one.Its also closer to Alausa Secretariat incase youve got business to do.Likewise, you can easily locate various happening places such as Ikeja City Mall and the likes.

It is a serene environment where customers feel at home as their service is good but theres room for improvement.They have CONFERENCE rooms, events hall with about 300 seating capacity.Their event hall goes for N650,000 with a slight negotiation.Their car park is not so large

At Ostra Hotels Ikeja, I enjoyed my stay. Had positive workers and clean environment/s but there is room for improvement. Needs little upgrades here and there for a complete experience of nature nearness.

The place seems like an old building that was refurbished. That refurbishment was poorly executed. I wont go into details, but the AC and shower works well. The staff members are also courteous and professional.The location is nice too, but you might be scared of the NNPC gas plant opposite the hotels compound.

I only came to wedding at the event center and it was incredibly good. Very chilling AC, enough space for any kind of programs. But, they need enough space for car park...
