Had a party on the lawns of this beautiful hotel. With its well manicured gardens and swimming pool. It was lovely and cozy.The hotel is just by the international airport road; easily accessible.Car parking is done both inside the premises and by the road. I think it’s safe as we met our car in one piece.This place is highly recommended.

My visit to the Welcome Centre Hotel was not very pleasant. The hotel customer service was poor. The food had no taste. There were two events there that day and the facility manager failed to confirm that the generators were working optimally. They broke down and the two events had to start hours late despite booking weeks ahead. I feel it was a really bad showing for a business of that size

Their room services is very poor, no hot water to bath in the morning. Getting through to the reception and kitchen was absolutely not visible, the intercom rang through without anyone picking it. When checking out we complained their poor services but no apology, as if nothing happened.

Attended a wedding reception at the hotels hall. Its a clean and well maintained facility. Easy access, no hassles to find. Although the car park within the hotel is limited, you can easily park outside... Beware of area boys though. I parted with 500 Naira to be able to park outside in peace.

I told I would give a negative review. Here it is: WiFi didnt work for me even though I got a deluxe room. I met a half used tissue in the room I figured this out while on the toilet sit had to call them to bring tissue. When we got into the hotel room, the complimentary water was frozen I requested a fresh bottle they said I was going to pay for it. Kettle for boiling water was dirty inside and old has wires exposed. Television was small and not clear. It took forever for water to get hot in the bathroom. Food was the only good thing which Was delicious but one could go out and eat if they liked. I paid for family occupancy but they gave me one towel, half tissue, one bottle of water. Although we breakfast for two, I think they need to improve their service a lot. I stayed in Bon hotel nest at Ibadan and Noktel resorts at ilorin but welcome centre hotels was the worst service.

The rooms are just ok. Floor tiles look dirty from being old i think.The multipurpose hall is the worst place to have an event. The event manager Mr Collins would do EVERYTHING to rip you off. Also he would block access to the management so there is no one to report him to.All the facilities promised will not be available, underground parking lot terribly dirty.This is my first review and my terrible experience forced me to make it. Im sure it will be my first and last business with them.

I went there for a wedding, An outdoor wedding held in the garden, It was a nice space but there was nowhere for us guests to ease ourselves.This bit was included after the “Owner responded,First of all, Im not one to chase clout, Seeing as I was welcomed with that opening statement(about the no toilet) and I had to switch my mind off going to the Loo till i left the event, I would advise you speak to your staff who didnt let the guests know that said facility was available. To prevent future embarrassing Situations like this. Because if it was available i would definitely use it! Nigerian weddings take forever! And Google maps dont pay me for my honesty or reviews, So Anything i say here is a Truth that i can back up! Periodt 💯

Welcome Centre Hotel, international airport road, Ikeja, Lagos state , Nigeria, is one of the best hotel , along the inter national airport road.It is located right by the road , so made easy for prospective customers to locate.They have under ground car park to augment their car park space.

Its a quaint hotel with good facilities. A bit old fashioned with the fittings and furniture. Notwithstanding, one will enjoy the meals served at the restaurant as it boast of good food. Service could be delayed on some passion especially from the bar.Very good location for international and business travellers due to proximity to the International Airport which is less than 5 minutes.

OK, this is a 4-star hotel. One of the best have been to. Secure environment. Spacious rooms, with nearly everything you need. Breakfast buffet is in the mix, along with coffee/tea in the rooms. Rooftop area for relaxation and those who want to smoke. They have a gym, volley ball court, basketball court, and swimming pool. A functional elevator if you dont want to use the staircase. There is a also a banquet hall and a garden for the sights and photographs. An overall lovely place, just 5 minutes away from the international airport.

My father briefly stayed his for his business trip in which he was in Nigeria for 6 months. The hotel staff are not trained well and treated my dad terribly. They were forcing him to pay for everything with cash, which he did not carry around with him due to it being dangerous to do so in Nigeria as an American citizen. On top of the staff being untrained, they are under paid. One of them just told my dad he left the hotel due to poor management and lack of pay. As for the cleanliness, the place is very dirty. The area is infested with sun flies and mosquitoes that can be potentially deadly to westerners that have not been exposed to them. The hotel staff got upset at my father for speaking out at the buffet line when the woman in front of him noticed a cockroach in the food. The staff of this hotel and the owner like to put up a front that they run a clean business and that any criticism that they get is absurd and ludicrous, however do not be fooled. If you are American or from the Wester countries, be weary of this hotel and the intentions of the staff and owner. They have many bad reviews which the owners two lazy adult sons write responses against and run around the hotel, play in the pool, and go eat free food in the dining hall with the guests, instead of trying to listen to complaints and use them to help the hotel.

Was there for a wedding in their hall. Weird that the walls of a hall is tiled from top to bottom. Buy a good place nevertheless. The stage in the hall was too high.

An almost 4 star hotel as I was told by a staff. But the sure things here are security, principles and protocols, integrity, classic and the aim towards been a 5 star. Cute bar environment and nice pool for chillbouts with great service.

Very nice, clean and neat hotel. Well trained staff, good food and select wines. Staff are very security aware. They have a mini sports arena, with a swimming pool, volleyball, lawn and table tennis and a bar. Perfect location for a business trip, or a weekend getaway

Deserved the five star I gave them in every way. From my arrival till I left, it was a great service. I particularly liked the buffets the next morning. When next you come into the country, try them.

A 5 star hotel located at Airport road Ikeja. It has a swimming pool, lodging of different class and category, bar, restaurant, event halls, good parking space and very efficient staff. They are very close to the airport so they pick customers from the airport. They also cater for events in their halls. It is not a place for the poor.

Very decent hotel

This place has a group of Mbano boys acting as Nigerian 419 mafia that are a part of the cleaning crew. They work together looking for foreign passports and valuables. This hotel is run like a mom and pop hotel and these boys complain about not being paid enough. They come into your room and beg you for money. One of them was deported from Belgium due to his criminal activities and he has that same mindset working here. They come into your room in groups like they are trying to clean meanwhile one stands by the door watching. They then go through your things. The owner is an elderly man with fair complexion and talks to people like he is a king just because he owns a hotel. I would not recommend coming here

This is just an unnecessarily pricey but primordial level hotel. Its got some good number of rooms but nothing exceptional in or about them.The lift barely functions.However,I doubt if any hotel can rival WCHotels as regards proximity to the Muritala Muhammad International airport Lagos.It also boasts of a two level perimeter gates security set up which MAY offer additional safety to her guests.The members of staff arent exceptional.

Food here is only slighlty better than dog food. Had the snail and the pasta alfredo. Both seemed like they were picked from the trash by the cook

The hotel has a better feel on the inside compared to the look from outside. Rooms are relatively affordable and come with breakfast. Car parking should be more though theres space inside and outside. a hall that is Nice for conferences. Able to take about a thousand people depending on sitting arrangement style. Make sure to use Google maps for directions, you dont want to miss it on first trial. That would mean going on to the u-turn close to the international airport.

Easy to make reservations by email and as regular guest I settle bill on arrival. Efficient staff and clean rooms. Clean laundered bed sheets which is not standard in Nigeria!

This is a lovely place to lodge in and have a good time. Even though security is uptight, it is easily accessible as it is located along a major and very popular road. The multipurpose hall is good for A-list event and can take up to 1,000 people. The genset on standby help bridge the gap that electrical power shortage would have created.

Had a good stay at Welcome centre. Ive been staying here for more than 5yrs now and service has been good. You can always get what you want here. Highly recommended

Staff are really friendly and the location was great, especially for the event I was attending. However, the hotel is very very old. For the price, it would have been nice to have a modern feel to it. Also breakfast buffet was not a buffet, as we were asked to pick 5 items on a list and the food trays were mostly empty.

The hotel looks good on the outside up to the reception. The elevator is new, and shiny, so a plus for that. However, you are greeted with the smell of damp as soon as you come in.The hallway ceilings are showing signs of damp, so good ventilation system is lacking. The rooms are not great, just ok for a short stay. Beddings need updating
