Its not the best and also not the worst. But I can tell they are working to give the best. I like the F&B manager who was selfless and ready to serve in capacity she could. Good customer service initiative from her. Kudos to that.

I had quite a pleasant stay at the Sotel Suites. Although spent 2 nights. It has a great evening bar sit out. The fish pepper soup was on point.However, the complimentary breakfast menu has few options and not as rich as envisaged.Room service on orders can be really slow. Hence 3 stars.

Sotel Suites is your run-of-the-mill 2-star boutique hotel. The external premises look very promising and well-maintained. The rooms though betray a low premium on facility management and upkeep. The neighbourhood is quiet, overlooking the canal. On most weeknights, the hotel is calm. However, there is a lively poolside bar that gets very jaunty on weekend nights, beginning Friday. If you seek an affordable accommodation in central Lagos mainland that gives you ease of access to most parts of Lagos, then Sotel Suites is very much worth your consideration.

The ambience is nice.However I think with an effective fire alarms and fire fighting systems the hotel will be at least a safe and less risky place to lodge.Also, the facility(room) was not up to expectation, it had defunct washroom accessories and the cooling system was not regulated just a push button switch.In all, Its a nice place

There is need for them to fumigate the room, I stayed in room 204, and there is a lot of loches ( cockroaches) . I enjoyed their food, the AC is chilling very well, cleaners are trying, good place
