Located In Gbagada phase 2, it’s easy to locate and central , but it wasn’t a great experience. The building is old but the main issue is that it needs complete interior redirection, most of the facilities are old , dirty, stained or in disrepair. Staff are not warm just polite. Food is good enough, average price. However be warned, if you want to heat your food( from outside), it’s not free.

A very good reception. Closer to the road and the rooms are comfy and a clean surrounding yet they can do more.

Good hotel, very spacious room, the food and bar is top notch, the bathrooms need a bit of tlc, it is in a very very secured area and the staffs are very polite and always happy to help, Nonso one the receptionists is one of the nicest human being you will ever come across.

The customer service is good but not excellent. They were a few glitches here and there but they rectified everything almost immediately.

Good value for your money. Housekeepers, security and technical team on top of their game.

OK rooms but they always have issues with the bathrooms AC n TV. Services are also slow n the workers work to protect their interest not the customers interest. Therefore, I tag their service bad like really bad.
