Even if I didnt get to stay there, I feel like this place would be a great stay. The ambience was soothing, cozy and has an African theme thats homely. The rooms have a home feel rather than a hotel feel. The location guarantees a quiet stay with little public activity going on.

I booked this at short notice and it was by far the best decision I had made that day. My co-guests were tired after the days trip and the ambience of this hotel was just the right fix to their mood.Firstly, everything was neat. The location of the Guest House was perfect. it meant we could enjoy lekki environs and make a quick dash to Victoria Island and VGC.Secondly, the rooms were top notch. aptly decorated - perfect lights, interesting paintings, excellent interior finish as well. We loved the bathroom as well. It is obvious there was attention to detail in the decoration of the Guesthouse.Finally, we found the staff very accomodating and service driven. I spoke to the Manager (Obi) over the phone. I was very happy with the quality of the interactions and how seamless our check-in/Check-out was.In summary, everything was just right with the Guest House. I strongly recommend and will be returning at another time.

This hotel is horrible! It looks nice in pictures but they have a pest problem. I stayed there one night and I saw several cockroaches, three were in the covered cake I left on the fridge overnight.I reported the incidence and the management did nothing about it. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are other places you can stay and get value for your money.

They worked really hard at creating and sustaining quality service. Of course there are a few errors as you would find everywhere else as a result of the human factor, but these guys are great at what they do. The interiors are unique too. I had okra and chicken soup. Spicy and nice.

My oh my...After a long day looking for a short let apartment in Lekki with 24hours ac just to cool off the weeks heat, and meeting with a lot of disappointments, this place proved to be worth all the salt. Very neat and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and the interior decor elegant.

Such a beautiful place to relax and have a nice time with your loved ones. Their services were on point and very professional.To make it truly amazing there was 24 hours light, the gen come up immediately. I had a great time! Would definitely recommend!!!

What i liked about Number 95There was complimentary breakfast upstairs .The A.C was really functional.Courteous Staff.Great customer service.What i didnt like.The room had a strong scent, it was really bad,i didnt understand why until the following day when the scent wore off and i realized that the toilet smell was nauseating. Thats probably the reason for the harsh canfor smellThe bathroom in my room was transparent, you could see the inside from outside, except the light is switched off in the bathroom. A bathroom is supposed to be a private space.The towels needs to be replaced ASAP. They are completely worn out.The bed was dipping in the middle.

Spent two nights here on business, it was a very lovely stay. The hotel is chic and comfy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Complementary​ breakfast is served in a small eating area at a designated time of the day, make sure to keep that in mind as missing it, means you then have to pay for it. All in all I would recommend this hotel and most definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in Lekki, close to Admiralty way. The room was exactly as described in pictures and quite near.I paid for the Standard room which was really good; the bathroom was neat and the water heater was working fine. Despite no electricity in the area during my stay, they ran their generator all through so I was never in darkness. Also, the free WiFi connection was good enough for basic web browsing. The room came with a complimentary breakfast, which I must say was really impressive as it wasnt the basic bread and tea most hotels offer. I had options for boiled yam, egg sauce, bread, fruits, rice and plantain.Finally, the staff I encountered were polite and very helpful. The only downside is that parking is limited, though its not a problem as the hotel staff manage parking of cars. I give kudos to the management of the hotel for running it so well. Hopefully they would keep the standards up.

There is a supermarket next door so you can buy whatever you need. Great customer service from staff and owner. I totally love this place and it is very affordable. Meals are provided on request and breakfast is complimentary. It comes highly recommended

Nice place decent room cool neighborhood

The hotel is quite comfortable, has an homely feel especially with the interior decoration and arrangement. I like the fact that there are open spaces with living room arrangement where you could sit and meet other guests. Also there are dining areas just like the ones at home where you’ll get to have your complementary breakfast before setting out for the day. The food isn’t bad trust me, I’ll give it a 7 out of 10 and lastly, the staff are amazing!!!! They’ll treat you like royalty all the way!

Will never return here, the only thing good about this place is the breakfast especially the boiled yam and egg sauce. Mosquitoes finished me the entire time I was there and they had ongoing construction work throughout the duration of my stay. I woke up with endless loud bangs from all corners of the building. Complained about the noise and they said theres nothing they can do about it because of renovation. If youre renovating your hotel, the right thing to do is close it down until renovations are complete so clients can enjoy their stay. How am I supposed to pay for a peaceful stay and end up with nonstop headaches from endless banging hammers everyday? I paid in full for my entire stay and asked for a refund for the rest of the days but they said no refund. If you must stay here dont pay for your entire trip all at once, pay per day so you wont be stuck when you get fed up

It was a real nice experience until the day of my departure when I was informed that I was not able to get a refund for the funds that I did not use. It was rather unpleasant and almost totally ruined an otherwise great vacation. In spite of this, I believe that I would come back and make sure that I do not have any refund to recieve. The room that I stayed in was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The money I spent was very much worth it. I concluded my stay in Nigeria with a two week visit to Port Harcourt and the accommodations were no where close to those at 95 Suites...So, great job on that.

Not only is this incredible value for money, from its home away from home feel, to the serenity of the space, friendly and helpful staff (the owner Ken and his family take customer service to a level almost never seen in Nigeria) My wife and I found this gem back in 2015 and have never even considered anywhere else to stay when in Lagos.Perfectly located to hot spots and eateries and a great space. I would recommend 10 times out of 10 just for the service.

I place worth being paid 4. Cool ambience. Chilling doesnt have to be done in ur room but also outside. Its so lovely. Staff response might be on d average but its really not bad. 24/7 light. No need worrying about AC or water heater not working. Its just lit. You wont regret it.

My boyfriend and I stayed here when I came to visit from the US. This place was absolutely amazing. First of all, the customer service was exceptional, everyone greets you and talks to you with much respect and professionalism. Also, the food was so cheap and delicious, the shawarma was our personal favorite but everything else we tried on the menu was awesome, and they bring it straight to your room when you order it. The complimentary breakfast is lovely and they give you enough to surely fill you up. Our room was very clean, no issues with bugs or mosquitoes. The WiFi did go out once but they made sure to fix it once we reported. The location was also perfect and is close to the center of lekki. Special shout out to the manager Mr. Ken, he was very accommodating and when we informed him that we were arriving early, he ensured that his staff prepared our room for us in advance. Also shout out to Peace, she was so exceptional with her customer service, very sweet young lady. Also the security/gate man that works during the day was so kind to us. The staff were all so friendly and didn’t bother us one bit. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at their 3 bedroom apartment, its was a lovely and wonderful experience. Uninterrupted power supply, fully air conditioned, fully furnished apartment with dedicated cable TV decoder.

Number 95 suites is a very pleasant hotel, apart from a very neat environment, it is worth more than its price. The rooms are well equipped with the necessary needs for a standard living, the staffs are very friendly and professional, the resturant is superb, and the room service are always available. Talking from experience, Number 95 suites is the best compare to its neigbour in Lagos vicinity. would love to come over and over again .....truly a home away from home

A friend stayed here this week and its a decent, comfortable place to stay on a budget in Lekki Phase 1. Located on a quiet street thats easy to find with or without Google Maps and theres a supermarket right next door. Constant power (immediate changeover from NEPA to generator), free stable and fast wifi (that streamed Netflix without issues), powerful wall-unit air conditioner in the room, clean sheets and walls, and prompt, friendly service. My friends room was spacious with ample closet space, a comfortable sofa, and a clean enough (though not brand new) bathroom that had an undemarcated shower stall but decent water pressure and a working water heater (but be careful; the waters scalding hot). Just one empty wall socket in the room, which isnt too convenient, but it has a surge-protector power strip on it. The menu indicated more, but complimentary breakfast was slim pickings: greasy spicy omelette, boiled yam, jollof rice (for some reason), and dodo with complimentary instant coffee, basic Lipton tea, and water. N1,500 for an additional breakfast guest, so not a bad deal. Room service menu has affordable prices, but Phase 1 has lots of food options. Theres a gym upstairs, but it was locked all day. (Guess you need a key.) Id definitely recommend this place if youre looking for affordable accommodation
