Stayed at the hotel from 6th to 20th December 2020. Would probably have scored this hotel great but for a few shortcomings.Apart from the debacle and confusion of the first day when I arrived at the advertised address on the Hotel.com website-17B Femi Okunnu Street- and was directed to a new site as the hotel had relocated to 4B Ruxton Road. Please Primal hotel, you need to update such vital information! On arrival at the hotel site and stating that I had a booking at the hotel, I was greeted with a very confused look as this booking could not be ascertained since the confirmatory e-mail had not been sent directly to the manager from hotel.com. Not exactly the news you want to hear when arriving from abroad with the impression you had your accommodation sorted. If this hotel wants to continue to advertise on international sites such as Hotel.com, then matters of this nature need to be addressed and sorted as a matter of priority.I was shown a decent room eventually, and I actually did enjoy my stay there. The staff was courteous and the basic facilities -light, water, and internet connectivity were constantly present. My room was cleaned every day. The Kitchen could do with a bit of innovation with regards to the variety of foods available for breakfast, and a softer foam for the mattress would be great. The lounge and other facilities were out of use due to Covid -19 restrictions so cant comment.Overall, mine was not a bad experience and would recommend it to a friend.

Id rate the hotel 60 out of 100 because the restrooms and conference room need to be worked on seriously. The light fixtures in the conference room were dull. Id request that the Management work on improving the look and feel of the hotel. Also, create more buzz on various social media platforms to raise revenue for the hotel.

I had a training there. It has nice accommodation facilities. The conference room is fairly ok. Other facilities at the hotel are swimming pool, Cafeteria.

Primal Hotel is a boutique hotel located within the heart of Ikoyi. The restaurant is unique overlooking the swimming pool area. The hotel staff are courteous and amiable.

Good location away from the Island madness but still very accessible. Hotel rooms are old and have one fault or the other. The gym is a tiny room with three exercise equipment, lol. The only thing I like about the hotel are the VERY courteous staff.

Nice and peaceful place I recommend for a pleasant stay. Ive appreciated the gym room and the local foods. Also the professional staff.
