The services are very bad. No toiletries provided(No towel, tissue, soap, foot mat, bin etc), bad lighting, the building walls are not strong, you can basically see wearing and tearing on the ceiling, water heater not functional, no light the the bathroom of the hotel room I lodged in particular, and access to the rooms are bad(key cards are not working).From my experience on the 10th of September, the key into room 107 was removed by one of there staff at the middle of the night to extort us(so they can keep our damage fee and collected more from us for damages), they said to replace the key cost 35,000.

In the heart Ijegun road, lively place to be.

I paid, and had to wait 30mins before they finally got my room ready. No towel, no soup, no tissue, AC not chilling. I called to inform them, guess what, I was on my own. I came in at about 10am, left 11am, came back the next day around 8am, logged out at the reception. I didnt even need to go back in there. It was a bad experience for me.

Oh its a really nice hotel like the rooms.. but they could do way better... Especially with the sheets... No much difference in the rooms... There is a little hall.. down stairs of it.. and a little restaurant.. they are neat... To an extent

Stayed in this hotel on arrival in Lagos and 2 weeks later before departing again. Really nice and clean place, good and very helpful staff, as a University student trying to submit assignment they made sure electricity was on for me. Also felt very safe! I recommend

It was fairly good for the area. The room prices were around 13k naira. They have a space that can be used for bridal showers and events. Not a big space though but for small get together events. I will recommend you stay on the first floor cuz the bathrooms are bigger on the first floor and the rooms are more comfy than the second floor.
