Beautiful rooms, good customer representative.

Poor customer service, I waited 2 hours before the food I ordered got to me, The sheets were dirty, No towel, no toiletries were provided as well Even the hot water heater was not working I did regret my stay.

Good place for lodging, courteous staff but need to be trained on good customer relations....!!!

I stayed for a night. Ample car park space, warm reception, poor WC system - water over-flowing from tank. TV not good, no remote control and bad sound output. No AC remote. They need to upgrade judging by the room prices

Like every typical Nigerian Hotel, maintenance seem to be an uphill task. Good location, good room settings, but facility is falling apart. Still a good place, but dont expect to have a remote for your TV or AC though. Roneks have the advantage of being a few minutes drive to the Lagos International airport.

Had the worst experience at the Roneks hotel, terrible customer services, tv was not working, had to be calling the manager with my phone because the intercom was not working! Had to wait for hours to have my bath cos water finished and it took a while for them to pump.I lodge around 3:25am and was ask to check out by 12, and the funny thing is that they were just giving me toiletries around 12:30pm. So many things wrong with the hotel!!
