A nice and affordable guest house for a solo package

My experience was terrible, not just with the hotel but also with Hotels.com. I had booked the room through Hotels.com for a certain amount, only for me to contact the hotel concerning my reservation and they told me that the amount I paid was lesser than the actual fee, I contacted Hotels.com customer care twice and they lied that they had escalated this to their next level of support. I had to pay extra for a mistake that was made by Hotels.com and TerraG. I got scammed by both Hotels.com and TerraG Inn.I would advise all to stay clear of both parties as they can not be trusted. Plus the Hotel is not safe. DO NOT USE THE WIFI!!!

Ver disappointed. Started great and then the service just declined. I am utterly disappointed. Definitely not value for money. Very incompetent staff!

Wasnt pleased n services was bad with rude providers. The rooms also aint befitting for the suppose amount.

Lovely suite in a lovely serene environment.

The hotel is not good. Mosquito was flying everywhere, no wardrobe and no fridge in a 10k room. The worst part of it is that they posted a different price online.
