Their service tends to fluctuate. Its a nice hotel but they need to work on a lot of things. Its either water isnt running or the pool isnt clean or the gen is faulty or the landline doesnt work so you have to go downstairs to complain.

Its a relatively fair hotel.I dislike the size of the bathroom and the maintenance of some rooms are still not adequate.

Nice serene environment, friendly staff but AC not too cold... They should work on the AC

The hotel had good services. But on getting there, the pool wasnt clean, and I think that area could do with some more landscaping.The rooms were very spacious.However, there were no toiletries present.The ceiling and the walls were soaked and had that black mark showing water in that area and the Air Conditioner was leaking.Overall it was a good nights rest and an okay experience.

Have a well secluded swimming pool area.

The hotel is located in a nice and easy access root in Abuja. The hotel has dedicated staff who are very friendly and highly commended as they support their guess and provide real time solution.The rooms are very convenient to sleep and lovely. The hotel should improve on her internet access to guess and visitors to ensure non interrupted access. Also the gym could be better as well. Good meal and good breakfast.

They have good hospitality, the potters and receptionist are friendly, the waitress and bar man are also lovely. They have a good facility such as the swimming pool area.The lifesaver is always on ground and he is jovial too.

Needs more improvement

I didnt stay as a guest which makes my review limited to my experience at the bar by the welcome desk.The food is very well cooked 👌 I had the catfish pepersoup and it was worth the wait. The service is okay, have in mind if its a busy night you will have to wait awhile.All in all it was an okay place.

There are different things that different people look for in certain things. Talk about serenity and comfort in a friendly atmosphere, Newcastle has got it. It features a clean surroundings with spacious parking spaces both inside and outside (maybe for overflow). Security guards are courteous and caring.

The hotel needs some refurbishments. Everything worked well, water, AC, beddings, toilet, all okay. but there was a lot of dust on the toilet nets and window rails. The staff were courteous and welcoming.

I didnt use their room facilities. I used their swimming pool which is affordable, moderate and clean.

Located at a very strategic point in Lekki. Clean, classy and comfortable atmosphere. The members of staff are absolutely amazing. You’d have to visit before you can get the gist.

Ok rooms subpar service

Home away from home. Every Time was fun. At some point I felt like not going home.

The hotel is very dirty with some set of untrained staffs, their rooms are so dirty and their bathroom is a bad mess.i have seen with my eyes rats and wicked mosquitoes . Their restaurant staffs are the worst I have ever seen. In general, the management of the hotel in my opinion is the problem. The only thing good there is their food.

Needs a lot of work. Sheets are never clean enough for me.The services are quite poor. The rates for the location is not bad. But the rooms are small.There are taxis right outside and shops barely five minutes walk away.

Edifice is great but hotel management is very poor, staffs are rude and untidy, theres a witch called dorathy at the reception, she makes it seem like shes doing you a favour.

As of Oct 2019, weak infrastructure, lighting had to be repaired in many rooms same night we came, even though the organization pre reserved many rooms. Some rooms had air-conditioning issues, TV issues. My room had no phone so I had to walk to the kitchen to place an order and to walk there again to follow up on my order after 1hr and half, only to find out they hadnt even started.
