Great hotel! Clean and spacious rooms at an affordable price. I stayed in one of the suits for a weekend getaway and I had an amazing time with my wife. Good cuisine, take a dive in the pool or just chill at the pool side. Helpful, courteous and professional staff from check-in to check out. Ill certainly be back!

The breakfast is great and there is one male staff at the front desk. An excellent guy. I wont mention his name here. Besides him, a little politeness would be great. Most of the meals we ordered werent great: salty and took long to wait. And make sure you have cash otherwise you will run into trouble coming with cards alone.

I honestly enjoyed my 1 week stay. Their service is very recommendable and punctual from the receptionist down to the cleaner.. everyone knows what to do at the right time.The room and the view was everything for me, even though I had little noise coming in from the maintenance, I look forward to coming back.

Serene and secure. Very friendly staff. For a single day in Lagos, I was able to have a unique experience away from the usual noise of Lagos. I love this place and I will like to have this experience again. Lets forget, the food here is awesome. You need to check-in and see for yourself.

Park Inn By Radisson is a nice and warm place to stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the apartments are clean and very homely, the food is good and very tasty, and the common areas are very welcoming. I came to see someone, and Im sure Ill book a stay soon.

The Park Inn by Radisson excelled on a lot of fronts, even though they are undergoing renovation and the prevailing conditions.The staff were all helpful and while I will only mention a few names now, I will mention all after my return visit. Oyinlola (at reception), John (in the bar) were two of the stand out staff.The very high level and quality of service- in the bar, during breakfast, lunch and door staff meant my stay was enjoyable. The service delivered throughout my stay meant that one should at least visit again! Well done

I was here with my family (including nieces and nephews) for a few days , I dont think its very kid friendly, I didnt see a kids pool even after I asked, no cartoon channels for kids I asked as well. Most of all it says serviced apartments but there was no kitchenette, no microwave none of the things youd find in most serviced apartments. In my opinion it should be called a hotel.

I thought I knew all the great places to stay on the Island until I discovered the Park Inn - so maybe now i do.Ill keep the review simple. Service - everything youve come to expect from the Radisson brand.Any shortcomings with the space (tight parking, small lobby) are constraints of the physical structure.

Park Inn would have gotten my 4 stars conveniently but it would be unfair because they haven’t earned the last.THIS IS A FANTASTIC hotel just right in the middle of the island that is tastefully designed. But ofcourse, like most places in Lagos, you can spend all the money to look good and still have staff who can’t think.Imagine the pictures I was taking to help them showcase the place, a waiter actually walked up to me that pictures are not allowed. In an age when there are alternatives and you need to be visible.Anyways, apart from robot like staff, this is an excellent place you can some to get the rest needed. Rooms are so nice and compact, neat and very good linen sheets. The bathroom also clean and water pressure very good.The breakfast was really good and the waiters there quite attentive. This is a very good place to take your better half to for a date.Also, their COVID protocols are too notch with a proper disinfectant at the entrance. The bar is properly stocked and the area is clean and proper.Inasmuch as the picture episode that happened, I will recommend this place and already told my friend to have a sleep in. Will definitely return and hope they can earn the other stars they actually deserve but let slip.

I liked the neatness of the hotel, the entire surroundings, reception, rooms, every where all well cleaned. This would be the first hotel I have lodged in that I did not need to put on my bathroom slippers in the room cos the floor was squeaky clean!Their meals are excellent, I enjoyed tasty meals throughout. Initially, I thought the quality may drop over time but throughout my 5 days there, all meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff are very courteous. I also noticed the level of deligence they applied in servicing guests. Kudos to the banquet manager, cannot remember his name now. He ensured that my training event went smoothly without hitches.I must also commend their very strong and fast free wifi for guest, it did not disappoint me once.The rooms come with coffee and tea supply daily along with drinking water. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel

The staff is always nice and pleasant. I made a request to not have my food spicy and they made me happy. Only problem I had was I couldn’t get me a brownie with ice cream and I have been here over a week. Would stay here again.

Fine hotel though not fine from outside, rooms are spacious plus polite staff. Their breakfast buffet wasnt with plenty options so had to to with the limited options available. Rice, bread with eggs.Limited parking space so you might be asked to park outside if you dont want to block anyone but your car is safe.

For their Sunday buffet, they have this middle age chef who is so nice...he ensured every diner was satisfied and he carried out his duty without expecting any reward. Overall the rooms were decent and the service was pretty decent.

I mean is it possible to add more stars. To say that this hotel is amazing is an understatement. The experience you get when you come here is simply awesome. The breakfast buffet is something else, filled with assorted food and drinks to satisfy everyone. The staff are very courteous, helpful and really attentive. The manager is an excellent human being and a great leader. Their food is very tasty. I love love love this hotel. I will definitely come back.

This is a nice hotel, tucked away in Victoria Island off Ademola Adetokunbo, very close to Eko hotel roundabout.I was there with colleagues for close to two weeks. The hotel staff were always courteous and friendly. The buffet breakfast is good. I have seen a few better buffet breakfast, though those hotels are much more expensive. At this price point, its one of the best buffet breakfast you can have.The rooms are big enough with a desk and chair. My bathroom didnt have a bath tub but it didnt matter to me as I am more of a shower person. Some of my colleagues had a bath tub at the same price so I guess you can request for a room with a tub if its necessary to you.My room had a balcony overlooking the bigger swimming pool. Oh, there are two swimming pools on site, very nice. And theres a small gym near the smaller swimming pool.We were at the hotel during the Lagos lockdown and October 20 Lekki toll gate shootings. We could not go to the office from the hotel so the hotel management graciously allowed us to use their large meeting room as our office during the period. They also took special meal orders and extended the buffet to dinner too. Thats empathy and for that, they get my five stars.Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely!

Not bad neat and cosy

Its a nice place to be, very courteous staff and it is seated in the middle of Victoria Island. Its close to Eko hotels and suites and the famous zenith roundabout. Their rooms are well cared for and it comes with breakfast in the morning. Im not a fan of their breakfast though, it feels as though there are not many options, so youre forced to eat the limited option available.

The entrance is simply enthralling and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are courteous and Ill definitely be back.

Awesome cosy place

From beginning to end i can mostly say our stay was PLEASANTLY MEMORABLE. i had the pleasure of staying here three different times. first two ova one month time. This current stay just weekend. first stay, i must say wuz the best! i had recently had cancer treatments, i was sssooo weak, had so much discomfort and pain. david in housekeeping was ALWAYS so considerate toward me not feeling well. smelling the cleaning supply from the mop would cause me headache and to vomit. sometime women would come they just did it anyway. id be sick most the entire afternoon to early evening. as i was olready very weak. my husbannnn would be so upset. there was another guy in housekeeping who came twice when david was off that was very professional and well manner-he granted me the same mercy as david. that guy caught me at one of my worse days-were i couldnt even walk and my entire body was just in enormous pain. THANK YOU all from the housekeeping, security and front desk for taking the time to speak with me, GENIUELY ask how i wuz feelin when seeing each of you. it meant a lot to me. THANK YOU! The first stay the kitchen gave my husbannnnnnn such a hard time with the specifications he requested on my behalf. days i just couldnt keep things down on my stomach, the smells would just make me nauseous to headache. i would lie in tearz with pain, grateful for the room that dennis picced for us. i had a wonderful view of the city, the sky and nice balcony. the fact i couldnt go out IT WAS VERY helpful & uplifting. somehow the kitchen manager, kitchen chef & kitchen staff complied with my husbannnnn request. taking my medication became more easier, keeping certain food down where i was able to gain my strength & bearing back about myself. The Parked Inn staff members that did remembered us welcomed us back all three times of our stay. this time around we have the pleasure of experiencing their upgraded room. Its style very contemporary. looks as its ikeja location with some things ONLY SLIGHTLY different. i can tell you from experience though THE ROOM SERVICE IS FAR BETTER AT PARK INN RADISSON than radisson ikeja HANDZ DOWN!! Even the presentation of the food. when we stay at a hotel we order room service EVERY SINGLE DAY. we gave it two tries, EVERYONE has a bad day right? the 2nd time we just gave up on room service. everyone has their own experience.NOW FOR THOSE WHOD APPREICATE A REVIEW N COMPARSION OF BOTH: this is my personal opinion and preference. park inn is more intimate to me. food taste betta, betta food portions and betta food presentation. the actual property is smaller in size than ikeja radisson BUT the quality of service across all areas i can assure isnt LESS. im a travel nurse. ive traveled many places have experienced MANY MANY locations of hotels, resorts, bnb etc & its a solid establishment. i can vouch park inn has many returning guest so that should be reflected on for its quality of service, professionalism of their staff, the hotel grounds with all its amenities. AGAIN JUST MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION: radisson ikeja is a BIGGER property, with the ALL the glamour. the staff very business like. THEY NEED TO SPRAY THE ROOMS-first stay at park inn they addressed the issue IMMEDIATELY. room service is HORRIBLE!! housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. luggage guys are prompt and courteous. THE DINNING ROOM STAFF IS DEY BEST EVA!!! They are very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, kind hearted/considerable. we have NEVER EVER had ANY issues with them. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME DEPARTMENT AS ROOM SERVICE why the location is like that i dont know BUT THERE would a betta service if they use the same if they use the same staff members!! i will say EACH of our visits at PARK INN we have had issue with our INCLUDED breakfast. They have MANY reviews of others customers who have had the same issue with them. EVEN IF YOU SHOW IT IN WRITING FROM THEIR WEBSITE, they will still argue about it. BOTH LOCATIONS GOOD SECURITY!!

Wasnt worth the price tag... Room smelt stale...dinnertook an hour to be delivered. Got told they had corporate customers hence the delay.. Like I wasnt a paying customer....AC dripped water all night... Breakfast wasnt good at all.. Like I said, not worth the money

I can boldly say, No Hotels at the Victoria Island offers such premium services and put customers first. I have been there a couple of times for meetings and dinner with friends and colleagues. A nice calm serviced apartment cum hotel. Located on Victoria Island right next to Eko Hotel. The rooms are beautiful with two swimming pool on both ends of the apartment. Meals here are also very very tasty. All round an very good place to stay.

Insufficient parking space or perhaps the security officials always prevent visitors from parking inside the premises. Coz I finally walk inside and saw a lot of empty parking space. . calm, executive rooms but the elevators malfunction. Please work on it
