I will rate them 3.75. Its neat inside out. Friendly and polite front desk and customer service. Reliable house-keeping service. Reliable power supply. They have back-up generator to provide 24 hours power. Reliable cable tv with limited channels. Good lounge and common place. Good bar and dinning area. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. One person complimentary meal of yam and egg sauce along with cocoa beverage was delicious and well served to the room. Additional, complimentary meal price was on the high side in my own opinion. Its about 1,800 naira. Took almost a day to get password to wifi. Wifi password is sent as a text message to your phone. So, try to have a local number of your own or of someone reliable. Glass shower needs to have door to reduce or or prevent water splashing and soaking of bathroom floor. The AC is reliable. However u need to understand how to operate the AC remote in order to make the room cool enough for u to able to relax in your room for a long time. Given the socio-economic and political situation in Nigeria at the time I visited the place, I would Precinct Comfort a pass mark of 3.75 over 5.00.

I was here for a Workshop which took place in their Conference Hall. In my opinion, the Precinct Comfort is not exactly a comfortable place.Lodging here will probably add to your stress levels if youre seeking a serene place. It is more suitable for when you dont care where you lay your head and if proximity to the centre of town is of more importance than quality.Its not a remarkable place; has no special amenities.

After two stays here, Ive seen a gross unprofessional manner to the running of this place in general and it affects a lot of things. The staff try to be nice, but there seems to be no system in place for operations.Calls to front desk and kitchen usually go unanswered, requests and orders are attended to late if theyre even attended at all. My door was left open by a staff from morning till night with all my belongings in it. The gross negligence and disregard is shocking.Structurally; gym dont work, walls are shaking, water pressure is low, and amenities are not modern.The food is good though, but really expensive.
