Its a beautiful hotel located on a corner piece on Adefowope street off Association Avenue. Ilupeju, Lagos.The eviron is so cool and quite.

Thw hotel is located in a central area and easily accessible. However, the rooms and the hotel decor are dated, it could do with a touch of modernisation.

Neat, nice cooling system, security cameras well mounted, beautiful reception settings.

Spacious. Clean room. Very comfortable. Polite staff.

It was ok. The best around Ilupeju. They just need to work more on their facilities and customer experience. But in all it was just manageable. Not too pricey but was comfortable enough for the night.

The AC in room 210 was terribly leaking & drifting water. It droolee into my laptop, almost got it damaged.Simply a bad maintenance culture!!! The Nigerian phenomenon replicates in private settings...

From their name, 100p% satisfaction is what u get, it a serene environment, their services are on point, they are customers friendly cool room settings. It a second home indeed.

Service experience was very poor ... where u dont enjoy the cooling temperature of a room, perhaps , u complain, that should not be a problem but a resolution shud be sought for ..... perfect customer service relationship should be well looked into cos that makes a biz grow.

It used to be great as at 2019 but now there are some lapses in kitchen services.

When we got there, thy made us unpack our car only to be told rude that thy had no room. We called in advance and wss told they had a room. Got there 20mins later and the guy took a look at us and said no room as we we looked somehow. We were declined based on how we looked.

Very dirty hotel... maintenance so very poor...ACs not working to standard...I regret staying over...pool is not maintained either..I will advise not to use...🙁🙁

There is need to improve the services provided by the cleaners, and front desk personnel.

The rooms are big and every accomodating. I recommend it to brides and any traveler. Big rooms at very good price and they kept some things we forgot even after the wedding!

Clean pool delicately positioned within the building, and I was sold. I love this place for many reasons but their pool and reception is my favorite part.

Its a good place to pass the nights. Service are great. Clean environment, great atmosphere located in a quite environment as well.

It is an average hotel. Decent and clean. Can be a bit noisy on public holidays. The room rates are very reasonable. Parking can be an issue on a busy day.

Its decent and nice,good environment,clean rooms and spacious,small pool,cheap drinks..good locations,sometimes service is slow and some staffs not professional but its a wonderful hotel and affordable,so of you around the mainland Ilupeju then this is the best place to stay and also safe.

The place is cool n calm, u can reax there without no disturbance .

Stayed here for 3weeks and I never reGEetted it for a second. The room services is awesome..the food is so delicious though the price abit high but the value for the money is superb. The management need to work on the exterior view of the hotel.

Cheapest room goes for about 18K. But for promixity to the organisation I needed to visit the next morning, I would never have taken the room.
