The rooms are small but neat. Price range within affordable budget. No much entertainment. Overall good

Loved the room. Super cute, clean and comfortable. Only problem I had was that the complimentary breakfast wasnt served early. I had to call to remind them.

The most expensive and useless hotel I have been to. A room of N15,000 is so small, with 24inch television and No refrigerator.Everywhere is dirty and cleaners anf staff are lazy and Thief. If you use their POS and dont monitor what they inputs, they will just add to the money

No parking on the inside. Youd have to park outside, thats a major turn off for me. Rooms are fairly decent for a 3-star hotel and room service is adequate. Welcome center is also warm and friendly, location is quiet and serene. If youre looking for budget accommodation for a short stay, then you have it. Theres a bar nearby and a bank for your pleasure and monetary transactions, so the area is adequately sufficient for visitors who need access to urban services.

The prices are fair, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel rooms do not stock towels, the drinks at the bar are overpriced [a can of RedBull for N1,000? I know you have to mark things up, but thats just criminal!]The water heater in my room did not work, and power goes out sometime in the night, which leads to a switchover to a smaller power source that forces you to ditch the airconditioning for a standing fan.Overall, non-ideal for specific needs - such as working. Which reminds me: as I booked this hotel for work, I assumed it would have a table and chair, as hotels are wont to do. Not this one. There was something pretending to be a table, sidled close to my bed. An ergonomic disaster.

For quick access to the University of Lagos, you may consider this place. Its a five minutes drive to UNILAG. It is equally about 7 minutes away from E Center, Commercial road in Sabo.

Looks a decent for temporary accommodation. Unfortunately, it has very limited parking space for vehicles. Parking is also outside the building which exposes vehicles when security is not available...

I went there to eat but the food was sooo peppery... Even though I was warned by a friend, I just presumed it was an exaggeration.

Nice bar...security.....But the parking space inside the inn can only contain five cars atleast.......and when u park outside its at owners risk

It serves its purpose as a mall excellently. No place to sit around when it gets crowded so if you dont have anything to do there, stay at home.

Horrible, hotel with sure high rate has nothing to offer. With 17k executive room, no complimentary water in d room and no complimentary breakfast. The executive room is just d size of a standard room in good hotel yet with such unreasonable amount.

I enjoyed my stay. The early complimentary break fast is quite okay.

Its fair enough but they need to improve on their facilities, it took the AC about 10mins B4 it came up, the card to use into the room took the help of the room service personnel before it opened up, kept fixing it in but yet it wouldnt respond.

Rooftop ambience...good for a sit out, drinks & some spiced meat. Rates are reasonable.
