Rooms are poorly maintained. Slept in room 105 and it was horrible, no water heater, it was dirty, the waste bin had dust all over it. It is terrible that a room of over 10k was that substandard.. The bed sheet was not white hence I could have sworn it has been in use for a week. Intercom was not working, cob webs all over the place, only thing I enjoyed was the food, restaurant serves good food. Its really sad to see a well built structure poorly maintained. Management needs to motivate her staff better and optimize their efforts.

Good environment & security, small cockroaches invaded my room, I was put in another room, same thing happened and I was moved to the top floor where I stayed till the day I checked out. Manager organized for the floor and rooms affected the third day. Apologised profusely. Overall it was worth the stay. Hopefully they will be on top of getting rid of the cockroaches once and for all and it will be excellent service.All staffs makes my stay homely.

Very nice and the rooms are exceptionally satisfying, the power there is so great as there is no power failure...... Very close to an army barracks and has a maximum security defence.... Try and patronise them

Service is very key for me, I cant believe that in todays world hotel staffs still lack the required training to be polite and courteous when interacting with customers.I visit protea, Radisson Blu, even café like my coffee shop and neo café. No one has ever insulted me in any way. I got to the restaurant to have a drink and work a bit since I am dont want to go out today and needed to leave the comfort of my home. Got there about a few minutes to 1pm and bought the most expensive drink to they sold. It wasnt like the room was fully occupied or that I was not patronizing the hotel. When it was about 4pm I noticed a lady who I met sleeping when I arrived kept coming in and out of the restaurant. Later on the A/C was turned off deliberately as if that was not enough rather than ask me if I would like to buy anything else a young woman who I suppose is the waiter there came to me and told me management doesnt appreciate me sitting in the restaurant, I was confused because I was still yet to finish my drink and I was not bothering anyone. So I asked the lady what part of management wants me to leave, it was not long before I realized it was the cocky lady I met earlier sleeping. She was the supervisor so I was told. On my way out of the premises I saw her and asked her politely for her name and she said Shola, I told her it was nice being there and I left.Meanwhile earlier on I had tried using the restroom but was in use I had to go to the pool area, to my surprise there were lots of teenage boys and girls idle seating some smoking hemp and all sort of hard drug. I said to myself they wont let me stay in peace to finish my drink but would rather have these young ones who should be in school stay back and ruin away thier lives. I just remembered I was in Ipaja.

Well, i visited there for a wedding reception and the environment looks really cool and their multi purpose hall is also good for events like wedding etc.The AC are still very functional, it was a great experience all together.

Good for the price and security I Guess, music is playing thru out the day, theres a pool for swimming all inclusive with the price, not a bad location either. My only problem problem is the cockroaches that was killed abd left in the hall way of my room for long period of time even after reporting it to the staffs. Location of the hotel is not too bad and easy access to public transportation if youre not driving.

Well I stay very close this hotel...it runs 24/7.It is very comfortable and accommodating. It also has an event Center,Raybam, mostly every Saturday there is always and event there. Thank you

There is always a standby DJ and a nice swimming pool for pool side party. Its a nice place to visit within that axis for lodgement and entertainment.
