A lovely place to be. Have a nice environment, good security, and accessible roads. But, during raining season you might need rain boots because the roads are slightly flooded.

I like how efficient and friendly the Security Personnel are.I like how they are able to give accurate descriptions.I like how neat the Estate is.If you are coming from the Mainland, it may be a little to difficult to access this place especially if you miss the turn at Abeokuta street which appears to be a one-way road.The Estate is not Accessible to any one living with a disability as the Flats have only Staircase and are as high as 7 flats in each block

The estate is secure and well appointed . It has a spacious layout and room for ample parking.The apartments are well spaced out and have a uniform layout. Unlike other LSDPC estates this one is available in only high-rise apartment buildings.The gate is manned by security personnel 24/7 and requires sign in before accessing the estate.Another major benefit is that it is centrally located and provides access to both locations on the mainland and on the island.

Good residential blocks, nice security outfits but the Estate lacks pipe borne water. It depends largely on buying waters from vendors
