A serene estate with security guards and good road in the estate even though not all the roads is in order yet. However, the road before the estate is not too motorable most especially during raining season.

Nice, serene and fast developing residential estate, good security, well planned road network. The only problem is the water not fit for consumption except an individual install a treatment facility. But can be used for other purposes.
