It is one of the Federal Housing Schemes of the Federal Government of Nigeria in its medium range. The estate gate is opposite FCMB in Salolo bus stop when coming from toll gate along Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway before Iyana Meiran bus stop in Lagos. The estate has wheelchair access to the compound but into each building could not be ascertained by the time of writing.
