What should be a very nice hotel is let down by what has now become typical of Nigerian establishments. More focused on filling up the rooms than customer experience. Its boldly written on every room that there should be no smoking but the stench of cigarette smoke hits you as you enter. And the smoking isnt limited to cigarettes only. The rooms are quite large and look like they were once awesome, but maintenance is lacking. 3 stars for short though

Terrible. I had to pay to heat up my food because I bought it the night before from somewhere else. TV & Air conditioning was not working. The taps were leaking. Water Heater was not working. Pillows had holes in themA Terrible experience staying there

Their garden is a unique place to be. The roasted cat fish is well made. Evenings at the garden with cat fish and drinks makes your evening a lovely one.

Spent one night there with my family. The staff were very friendly and polite. There was power throughout the period and the A/C and water heater in my room worked.Overall I was satisfied with their services and prices, which are quite cheap.

Just one visit here, attending a program at their open field, its quite spacious and accommodating and could very well be used for outdoor events and receptions, thought limited space for car parking inside, but its altogether a good event place.

Their services was just fine. With steady power supply. Air conditioned.

This is a somewhat budget hotel with an event centre located within its premises. It is serene and in a pretty safe environment.I dont understand how the staff on night duty can afford to be asleep by 3am. Called the bar to get water and no one picked. I had to go there myself.The rooms look newly renovated which is a plus. The AC and hot water works. However, after I checked in, I was not given the basics like towel, soap and tissue paper. There is also no towel rack and the room didnt look like it was properly cleaned out after the last guest seeing as there was still half a bottleneck of wine in the fridge.Their food tasted nice but took forever to arrive then the waiter forgot to bring cutlery. Their stew made me feel like I was begging them and not paying them for the food.There is constant power, the sheets sure looked clean. They just need to pay a little more attention to other details.

This place has lost it! Lodged for 3 nights here, and I had to sweat 2 nights out of the 3 nights. Who opens a hotel of this size and plunges the customers into darkness and heat. All alternative power sources down in one night is poor management.

In Eliko, cleanliness only means a neatly laid bed.There’s no value for payment as the staffs are not welcoming and the hotel is dirty.The fair service at the hotel is at the bar, if you’re one for some beer, grilled catfish and some chips.They had a funny way of letting others know if you happen to take anything — most likely dirty— from the hotel.
