Cool,calm and quiet place. Not bad at all

TM Palace Hotel is a nice view very comfortable, the staffs are very accommodating, very nice people. The only challenge I have with TM Palace Hotel is the Wi-Fi. Is not working and I hope they look into it and do something about it.

Wi-Fi is said to be free but poor especially in the apartments having the 300 & 400 series numbers I.e rooms that are not in the main hotel building. Should think & plan on changing out the noisy window AC units. Apart from the aforementioned, they are doing good per its 3 star status.

Moderate pricing, location is pretty good because it is on a major road, you could easily moss the sign post if you are not careful.You could get a discount on some rooms if you ask.Staff are courteous and respectful, its a moderate place depending on what exactly you are looking for.

Did not have such a good experience... they put me in one of the sleaziest rooms I have ever seen. Their so called Executive suites had no running water and the other had a gaping hole where the AC was supposed to be. Left after one terrible night. They do have a cool pool area though, hence the one star.

Its a cool place nice room furniture . Rooms range from 12k and above. I had a good relaxing time but it was ruined by mosquitoes at night.

Fantastic place to be. Away from the hustle of airport road. Fully air conditioned rooms for relaxation. Nice restaurant and bar. Very quiet atmosphere for the family. Also, conducive for the family. There is also a swimming pool in the open bar area.

Located 10 airport road in Warri... just slightly above average maybe due to the fact that the maintenance and over all inspection of the day to day running is not monitored... slightly expensive too

Great place to lodge when youre in Warri! The service here is top-notch and the food is amazing! I had my first ever bowl of Banga soup with goat meat here and it was sumptuous! They have variety of pepper soup here, Goat meat, Cow tail, Chicken, Assorted, Fish e.t.c

Stayed at the deluxe room which was nice and the standard room was a bit small and great use of the space. Customer service was great and we were well attended too. The food was good as well. .

A decent place to stay with courteous staff

Close to central Warri. Courteous staff. Generator timing not consistent. Periods of lights out. First room (205) air-conditioner was not working, moved me to another room 306 where the AC worked.

I was to check into this hotel at noon but there was power outage. The receptionist said they actually boast of 24hr power but there was a minor maintenance ongoing which lasted about an hour before it was restored. To my utmost surprise a woman - the manager I guess, asked them to turn the generator off cos the weather was cool. I had no choice than to look for another hotel.

Decent place, quiet and away from the hustle. The interior decor of the room was quite dated though and I paid for the deluxe room.I had Banga soup for dinner and I have to say the food was really good but a bit expensive (₦3000 per plate).Generally, I think Ill go back if I had the chance.

Excellent, scenic, good food, courteous staff, excellent location and 15 minutes from Osubu airport, highly secured with military men on 24/7 service. My hotel of choice in Warri.

Good hotel with pleasant staff. There is a standby generator and the WiFi was faster than I would have expected. The water heater and the AC were satisfactory. The decoration is nice enough with a pool and bar at the back as well as a barbershop which seems to be the norm in Warri hotels. There is a gym though I never saw it open. Right in front is a Suya spot in case that’s your thing. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast though the meal I ordered left me expecting more for that price.

Terrible and unprofessional service. We had visited earlier to book some rooms in advance, and we were asked to make a 50% down payment. We obliged, the day we were supposed to arrive, they called us severally you confirm our reservations, which we repeatedly did. Yet on arrival, they had given out our rooms. We were stressed, our guests from out of town were stressed and tired from a long days trip. The manager was unapologetic and downright rude. The manager finally gave us an upgraded room to make up for the one he had given out, but that was only after a lot of shouting and he realized he wasn’t going to arm twist us with his rudeness, we knew our rights and we were sticking by it. Over our 2 nights stay we lost a lot of personal items. They can also do better with the maintenance of the facility.
