Excellent facility but maintenance culture of the property is very poor.House keeping staff needs to be well trained on room cleaning and amenities change.

This is one of the hotels that patronizes some politicians in this small town of Warri. Roads to this hotel is usually blocked from 9pm on Thursdays and Saturdays as some locals love to hang out for high life music and drinks. I wouldnt say its a low income hotel neither is it a high class hotel. But its sure has it for middle class as you can get an accommodation as low as 7000 naira, a night and thats equivalent to $20. This is amidst tight security. Remember, its a secure get away for some politicians. For me I do love it quiet sometimes but for those who love jiving, Thursday and Saturday are a guarantee.
