Cool place, didnt lodge because some of the rooms I saw had small toilet and bathroom spaces. Other than that, the hotel rooms looked pretty comfy with a great ambience.

Calm place to calm your head

I have not been inside nor stayed in the rooms, but I came here for a meeting and the place was clean and had a peaceful atmosphere during the day. I believe the atmosphere is different during the evening as the music gets louder bit I enjoyed my time there by the poolside. The food was also delicious.

For the price of a standard room for one night, I believe I got what I paid for. The front desk lady was really nice (it felt like I was the first female guest she had seen in a while), she checked on me literally every hour. The room was clean enough but they could do better with the TV services. It’s located in new Owerri and close to a lot of clubs and event centers. I ordered food from the kitchen and it arrived within 20 minutes. The food was also quite cheap for a hotel. 8/10 I recommend

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff located in a quiet environment. I really enjoyed my stay except that the towel in the bathroom is very small and the TV has very restricted staff while the complimentary breakfast is monotonous leaving one with very limited choices.Over all, I scored the hotel very good in that all the facilities are working optimally and the efficiently. I will surely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Owerri.

The entrance lounge is grand. The reception staff are good, helpful and courteous. The pool bar is about the best place in my opinion.Now the rooms... I have stayed in room 201 and 206. The rooms look beautiful and welcoming. The bed is comfortable the AC is split unit and noiseless. I love the rooms. However the toilet is not so good. The anthropometrics is not well thought out; the shower partition discomforts sitting on the toilet and the wash hand basin makes it even tighter.However, Westbrook is worth a visit whenever in Owerri.

Environment is serene. Pool side is cool. Has adult and childrens pool close together. Love the depth of the childrens pool though I believe it could have been wider. The kids loved it, though.Nice service around the pool area. Yet to use other hotel facilities.

The hotel was not bad at all, but the service needs some improvement, especially at the restaurant. Took an average of an hour from time of ordering to get any meal, including breakfast (how does toast and eggs take 45mins - 1hour????!!!!)😥😥😥

For tourists...Westbrook Hotel is situated in a better location of accessible road than most other hotels, has good interiors/furnishing, especilly for the Suites, good size indoor and outdoor bars, offers POS services for cashless transactions and a swimming pool.Other hotel-rendered services like laundry and canteen could also be found, and availability of sorts.Proximity to other event centres, community of hotels and clubs, etc is also an added advantage.With the end of Rochas tenure and the coming of Ihedioha, it is everyones hope that the deplorable and poorly drained state of the connecting roads in the area will be addressed (drainages already seen under construction) to better impact smooth access to the area.

Mtschewwww customer service here is sooo bad. Imagine customers by the pool asking for no or low music n the attendants just dont care, causing a lot of noise. My personal experience here was not nice. Mtschewwww

Its a very cool place. And I really do mean. Its quite serene for an hotel. I do frequent the outside bar, snooker board and swimming pool. They have swimming pool for kids and adults beautifully laid out side by side. The environment is beautiful and spacious with good landscaping. The restaurant is also cool. The rooms are of English standard but quite expensive with the cheapest at 18,000 NGN or 20,000 NGN as at last weekend. Same with their swimming pool charges of 1000 NGN. The simple architectural design is just what I love about the place. Oh noise, its put in check, its as quite as dropping a needle on the floor but so neat. Their food also on the high side. Although good to bring your kids along, you may meet some important personalities who are also hiding away from the busy and noisy outside. You wanna know the true location, here we go at Court road, Off Port Harcourt Road, New Owerri here in Owerri. It is a stone throw from Oriental pillars and Great wood hotels. It can be viewed from a distance at point you find yourself close. Most of the staff are dressed as if they are air hostesses. Dont know if that has changed for now. Do let me know your experience if this really helped you in making your choice of hotel.
