Hotel was filled up due to weekend activities, reception wasnt RECEPTIVE!

Saw bedbug on the bed in the room i was given. The workers needs more training. The building is old and needs more renovation inside but its fine from outside. Nothing was done when I complained about the bedbug I saw and killed so I had to move to another hotel down the street. Their bar is not bad for people who loves drinking in the evening.

Nice place. Good customer service. The rooms are a little bit ordinary but still serves the comfy purpose of a hotel

An old hotel that’s in desperate need of an overhaul + facelift. Back in it’s early days, it was everything a hotel should be like, but sadly it’s not the case. Outdoor bar serves as the old decent part of the establishment with a lot of regulars. Not recommended for lodging.

Cradle is one of the great places to stop by and relax with great value for your money. The management is such a wonderful team.

Woaw it is quit unique and portable yet almost a world class ans standard by all means. It was a great experience and affordable. Freindly work force and good location

I dont really know how good the services are but the exterior really needs to be worked on...

The place is nice, the environment is clean with proper street name and security post, there is always light in this area and is very easy to locate both by asking questions and by using Google Map.

This hotel is horrible! Ancient, and has no steady electricity supply. The most painful part is that the bathroom has holes that wild animals can go through them, I saw some things that look like rodent waste in the bathtub😥😥😨😨😨😱😱, i must have to hit the t.v for about 30slaps before it comes up😢. I dont just understand! i wept because i finally discovered that wasted my money #imsu_soft_conference

Budget hotel with staff that never return change. The mattresses in the beds need some love. Heaters in the bathrooms are perhaps for decoration.I think the best approach to choosing a room here if you are travelling on a budget is to cross check that everything you find necessary works in the room; then select the room with the least problems.

When deciding to lodge at cradle hotels limited be ware of the following draw backs. 1) the power is constantly being interrupted for hours without a valid explanations, 2) the water heaters in some of the rooms do not work. 3) the hall way not properly labeled so you might just miss your way most of the time if you are not careful. service is not equal to money spent
