Was and still the best place to spend some time in owerri, such a wonderful hotel

The environment and serene nature of the place especially their poolside bar concept? I simply was flawed.Their rooms were also warming and world class standard.

Cilcrest Hotel is a home after home, the hotel was so unique, comfortable and their services was excellent, well behaved staffs, clean rooms, security equipped and uninterrupted power supply, in a nut shell I recommend CILCREST HOTEL

Not up the standard it was years ago. Too maintenance related issues in the rooms. However, Food is great. Always fresh. Friendly staff.

I had a very very terrible experience. Paid for two rooms in advance and they sold the two rooms on arrival. And they were still trying to play smart. You dont treat your customers with so much disrespect. All of them including the owner of the hotel need serious training in customer relationship and management. Very very poor reception and I never want to Lodge here again.

Comfortable and affordable. Its located in a secure, but busy area. Their parking space is limited. The services are above average.
