The environment is cool. There are several good places within you can catch fun.Either to enjoy good breeze, swim, play tennis, basketball, soccer or even billiards.I need to let you know the basketball board (beside the net) is kind of worn out...I dont know if its getting fixed soon though.

Beautiful estate with lush green vegetation. Good and tight security. The estate is very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a quiet and cosy environment then this is where u would like to belong. The downside is the cost of properties there. Quite a bit expensive compared to other nearby estates. The Annual maintenance fee is high.

This is one of the best estate around lekki in my opinion after visiting several times.The estates supplies you with water and 24 hours electricity which is pay as you use. The estate has a lot of trees 🤩😍 which makes the environment beautiful, cool and well ventilated .Talk about natures natural oxygen production at your service.It has a diverse population, family friendly and a lovely space to relax. These includes a swimming pool, basket ball court, tennis court, kids swings and play area and a football space although not Olympic sized, It suffices.Flats, terrace, duplex and lots of beautifully designed living space for your delight.You might be lucky to get your self a worthy property in here, not to fret Fara park phase two is in the works and clearly almost done. I visited that too. it is located behind Fara park.This estate is neighbours with the famous lufasi park.

I stay in Fara park estate. Its a comfortable estate that offers 24/7 power supply, has a swimming pool (which is one of my favorite parts even though I cant swim) tight security, good maintenance services, a sport center, relaxation spot and most of all friendly neighbors

It is a gated estate with security personnel always available.It is neat and serene. Play area of kids and sport areana is also available.It is lighted and the entire estate is paved. You would not have issues with flood during the rainy season. This estate is a great place to raise family.

By far the best and most functional gated community in Lagos. Infrastructure is first class.The place is also very green with birds chirping in the mornings.Monkeys are occasionally sighted. (None threatening though).It is the best place to bring up a family with no concern for insecurity.Uninterrupted power supply is also guaranteed. It is a stone throw from a shopping mall for family entertainment. Descent schools are also around the area. I stayed there for 7 years.The only draw back is the distance.

Beautiful place. Neat and calming to return to after a hard days work. 24 hours power supply is one of the key points here. Trees everywhere.. an enclave of nature in the midst of a thriving city. A piece of nature and country side to relax in.
