Beautiful estate. But its short on space and recreational facilities. Theres no lift in the buildings. Otherwise, its an excellent place to live in this part of Lekki.

A very good condominium with ample parking space inside the premises. Its secured with high perimeter walls and a large metallic gate with beautiful greenery. I love the fact that the developer elevated the foundation from the road to beat the constant floods during the rainy season. Very easy to locate the expressway from the building.

Well built apartments. Definitely in the top quartile as far as quality developments in Lagos go. However, the apartments are compact - not small and not big. The only issue I have is the water, which isnt of very good quality.
