This housing estate is located at the back side of Lekki Conservative Park.Its far from the main Lekki Epe Expressway but it is a beautiful estate.They have 169 housing units and many people are already living in the estate.If you dont want that hustle and bustle of Lagos to disturb you, this estate is a cool place.However, living here without a personal car will be a challenge but then, bikes and tricycle ply the road to make it easy for those who dont have cars.

Very well organised estate, order is consistent and might I add, NO GENERATORS! (So you kiss all that nosiy neighbours generator life goodbye)

A nice estate with a 3 and 4 bedroom terrace duplex, no need to bring your generator, there is constant light and Internet service as well.

Its a cool but map took me through villages. Was lucky I didnt fall into the river while locating it. Was a horrible experience navigating to the place

A very beautiful estate with armed security guards. Access is highly restricted. It is located in a very a very serene environment, fat from the expressway. Except youre driving, moving in and out of the estate could be a bit of a hassle especially during rainy season.

Driving down to the estate is quite a distance and could get scary at night especially if youre visiting for the first time. The long route is devoid of functioning streetlights and so everywhere gets very dark. Its a long stretch as the area is quite undeveloped with rough roads and bushes around. However, once you arrive at the estate, its a different scenario. Theres security at entry and streetlights exist within the compound with adequate parking space for each block of flats.

Road leading here appears sub-urban but dont be fooled. Masterfully designed edifices in terraces. With proper land scalping estate could actually own her share of the beach front.

Great Architecture

I havent been to many estates but this one beats my expectation. Affordable place to spend the later years. In a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos traffic. Good surrounding, view and breeze fron the ocean, swimming pool, table tennis and childrens play ground all in the estate. 24 hours electricity and constant water supply.

Not bad. The road to it is detached, the security are not the most courteous but the estate seems calm which is Great!

Pros: its tucked away from all the noise of Lagos. Cons: a lot of new construction causing traffic on the one good road, ridiculously narrow road to Cooplag; also there is no drainage on the roads leading to Cooplag. This is terrible during the raining season especially.
