Great estate. Well laid out and doesn’t feel cramped at all. The paving could be improved but it’s generally a good estate. The security is tight too so you’ll be safe out there.

Decent security. Very peaceful once you get in there. The estate management are pros and very helpful.Clean and serene, great for families.Edit: having moved here, it’s a different experience. The estate management is I’ll equipped to handle the residents. They keep making excuses about the services they’re supposed to be providing.Do not move here without a backup power supply. Especially if you have children.The security is 50:50. Some days they are good, some days anybody can bounce into the estate.

Ocean Bay is a privately owned residential estate located in the Lafiaji area of Lagos. A serene estate providing 24/7 Power and water for the residents and 24/7 security & surveillance. I certainly will recommend young and very mobile professionals and business owners to visit and think about investments at this moderately priced estate. Is a very cool and calm with a strong 24/7 security, The estate is very secured.The only challenge they have there is the road it has to be fixed in a such a way where by rain water cant stay on it for so long.
