Good road network and water tight security. The estate is well built with a lovely layout and location as well. Definitely a God place to raise a family and the quality of life is also fair. So its definitely a good deal for anyone

Quiet estate with good road networks.

Lovely estate, electricity is better than it was before. Few streets are flooded when it rains heavily. In all a very good ambience to raise kids.

Lekki gardens phase 2 is a secured residential estate, they have a play and gym area in the estate, you need to be cleared at the gate before entering. Almost all the houses are similar, same structure and pattern.

No light I heard generator sounds. I thought for a place like this that had population they would have more hours of light during the day. I think all other Lekki Gardens should take cue from Lekki Gardens 4. They are being given light for at least 20 hours if not more.

Cool estate.

The security check at the entrance will give you the impression that youre visiting something special. But alas, their is nothing so spectacular here. The road network is really appalling, perhaps due to the waterlogged nature of the environment. It requires serious attention.

This is an estate along the lekki corridor after Ajar bus stop. The rainy season is a problem in this area because some of this places are flooded but its getting better by the day.

A clean and quiet environment. Though, theres no transport system within the estate

Exterior finishing not attractive. This is a terrible flood zone, poorly managed estate with residents always in indoor and outdoor protests.

Good environment however basic amenity such as light and water is not adequate...

Awesome place to be, when you get to the gate, you have call the person you came to see, so the person will call the securities at the gate before theyll allow you to enter.

What a beauty. Well structured estate

Fairly good estate with connecting motorable roads, it is a gated community with 24hrs security, I feel like there should be a visitors past because I spent a month there and was always scrutinised by the security that I had to always make a phone called before getting access.

Nice semi-detached duplexes in an estate.To get there,Get to Lagos Business School (LBS) for those coming in a vehicle from Lekki,then do a u turn to the other side of the road and look out for a ram market & them Jericho Villa sign post.Turn right into the street that leads to the estate. 👍🏽

Security and water supply are both good, but electricity is poor. Parts of the estate gets flooded. Sewage issues as well. Most importantly theres always something that needs fixing either in the general estate or your personal house.

Is a residential estate. It has paved and electrified roads. The entire estate is managed by the dedicated estate management. Good security system monitoring day and night.
