Security is top-notch in this small and serene estate.Although the roads are abit narrower than usual, and parking space both within and outside houses are clumsy, the estate management thought it wise to allocate some space by the estate entrance for visitors parking. Good idea.Overall it is a little above average.

One of the special estates in Lagos located in lekki phase 1. It has decent roads, pavements and clean environment. Has mix of residential and office buildings. One of the places I will recommend for anyone to reside or visit. Not ideal for people on budget though.. Rents and standards are high.

Its a popular residential estate located within Lekki phase 1. Its however more accessible when you drive in through the 2nd roundabout along Lekki-Epe expressway.
