A great place but the rd sometimes gets flooded during the rainy seasonCould be better in the future.

Poor drainage, very poorly managed estate. I am only rating it two stars because the security men are professional and the houses I visited while working with Kenearth and Partners where neat inside and properly secured.

The house I checked out here had no running water even though it was listed as having running water and other amenities which it did not have. The rooms were also like cubicles, not standard rooms. My enquiry further revealed that most of the houses in the estate has no running water. Over all, disappointed in my visit.

Beware you will be paying for gatemen in security uniforms.Security at this estate is a joke. They are always changing personnel or companies, and still cant get it right. They are good at extorting their fees with intimidation and threats. A sticker is promised on confirmation of payment. Having lived there for several years, never got one, never seen one on a car. Complaints about breaches of security (eg someone appearing at your door without your permission, especially at night) are met with confrontational responses or sarcasm. Most residents in the estate just pay the fees to avoid confrontation at the gate and accept that how things are run, its not about security, its about collection. Their is also no accountability about how monies are spent but that is just how things are run in Nigeria, you will pay and hope the service is provided.

I love the fact that they take securing the estate to another level, makes you feel safe sleeping in your home

A cozy place to live in. I love that all the power generators are sound proof. So, limited noise. The security is good also.
