This place is has the best ice cream mix I have ever tasted in Nigeria. The price is a bit high, nevertheless its worth it. The atmosphere is always nice and cool. The taste is so yummy, the customer service is quite acceptable. Good ambiance and interior, very good colour blend.

They have very bad customer service. The cold stone brand will always remain but they need to work on their customer service experience. A particular staff whose name I will like to keep personal was very rude and lack manner of approach. My experience was not a great one and I don’t see myself patronizing that particular outlet again

They are one of the places to get ice cream or coldstone from. They have a good customer service during my visit there. Kudos to them.

Less than a star. My first time here and experience was terrible. Bad customer service especially on the cold stone side. I left without making any purchase after wasting precious time. Would definitely not be visitng again anytime soon

It’s a bit inferior to some other Cold Stone stores. Some products are not readily available. It’s safe to call ahead so as not to waste your time although sometimes customer service is unreachable. In my opinion, they are not prepared to service consistent influx of customers.

Best ice cream in Lagos (American style not Gelato).

Really Spacious! Very comfortable for family eat-outs and reunions. You also get to buy pizza in the same hall. The interior aesthetics is not as impressive as some of their other branches but it is very chilled to be in if you just want to catch a glimpse of the Abule Egba traffic build up.

Popular around Abule Egba and Oko Baba area. The parking space is inadequate compared to the level of patronage. The standard of Cold Stone is there, great ambience, high seats, wheelchair seats. Excellent service. There is no accessible parking. But there is wheelchair accessible entrance.
