Very nice and courteous staff, good ambience, good good. Tip for first timers who are not sure of the what to order - Ask the waiter for best recommendation. Overall the food is great, spacious environment good for meetings etc.

One of my favorite spots in Lagos , lovely aesthetics , best ice cream in town so far , value for money and friendly staff, the o oh downside is waiters can forget you which in turn leads to a delay in taking and placing your order.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. The ambience was lovely and the prices werent too bad if I do say so myself. The food was also really tasty and the portions were reasonable too. I loved the fact that the manager came to check in to see if we were comfortable every once in a while. That was a nice touch. Only thing is the waiter who served me didnt give me my change of 300 naira. I paid in cash and expected my change but the waiter carried on like he wasnt owing me any change. I was surprised because he didnt even give me the opportunity to tip him if I wanted to .. he just took the change like it was his right! I wanted to vex, but my husband said I should just free it, so I did. I mean! 300 naira is 3 bottles of water. It is significant biko, so if he wanted it. He should have asked nicely instead of taking it like it was his right.

Maison kayser is one of the best place I’ve been to in lagos, the manager is so nice or should i say they’re customer friendly.-Their foods are top notch but never in my life will i order the “americano coffee” as a nigerian this coffee is so bitter and I couldn’t drink it.I wasted my money on that but i bought something else and had fun. And the ambiance is so cool, nice views also, in one word it’s top notch

Really beautiful & cosy. Waiters were really professional, prompt response and food was really great. I had their salad, my friend had pasta. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture. I also got their croissants on my way out which was really great too. The gelato was amazing, I tried 3 different flavors and they were all nice.Also, there’s enough parking space.

My friend and I went here on a Sunday and it was packed full. We were lucky to get a table and we proceeded to scan the bar code on the table to get access to their menu.The complimentary bread was very warm (almost hot) when the waiter brought the bread basket and I loved the way the butter melted immediately it touched the surface of the bread. Unfortunately, I could only eat one bread roll as my meal arrived before I could finish the first roll. 😔I had the Chicken Supreme(grilled chicken, mushroom sauce and fries), while my friend went for the Filet Du Saumon (pan seared salmon, baby potatoes and sauteed vegetables). For drinks, we both ordered a glass of Lemonade.I would say it was a lovely experience. I had hoped to have breakfast there and enjoy a cup of coffee, but my friend didnt quite buy the idea of having breakfast by noon. 😂. Hopefully, Ill go there early enough next time.They also have a variety of pastries and ice-cream, one which I had to year my eyes away from as I fought the temptation to get a cup of icecream and some pastries when I was done with my meal. 😅

Great place to eat and dine in. The ambience is awesome and the food is very good. Great options to chose from so you wont get bored and the variety keeps on going.The restaurant itself is well built and the interior decor is top class. Has suitable parking too and a play area for kids. Its the quintessential coffee shop where you can work out of or go to on a Sunday afternoon to journal.

I had a great time at Eric Kayser. This is my 4th time visiting this eatery and as always they never fail to perform above par. I had the Kayser Burger XXL and Cheesecake and vanilla ice cream. It was perfectly splendid and not to mention delicious 😋. The burger was really large. I could barely wrap my mouth around it in a bite. I had mine medium rare which in my opinion is the best way to taste the unique taste of beef with its flavour and spices in the mix. The fries were not soggy as some restaurants do. The ice cream tasted just as a cheesecake would...yum yum yum. I would recommend this place to solo dine ins, friends and family. They have a moderately varied menu and the ambience is top notch.I really loved the fact they offer complimentary french bread and butter. Oh the bread was tasty... crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with the right sourdough taste youll find in any good french bread. I will be visiting again soon.

The restaurant has a beautiful environment, and an overwhelming hospitality from all of their staffs, we were told to scan the flyer on our table to get the menu online(ensure you are connected to the internet). They make strictly Paris meals. The salad I ordered had peanuts in it and I didn’t enjoy it because I don’t like nuts, but I asked them to remove it which they did. I loved their milkshakes both the vanilla and strawberry flavors. Their staffs offered to take pictures of us too. They also sell different types of mind blowing flavors of ice cream, chocolates, deserts and snacks. I really enjoyed the time spent there.

Ambiance, service, food and selection , location etc. probably the best in Lagos. Parking during weekend may be an issue but we never faced. 2 things to ask if you are a Muslim..ask the chef if the meat it halal and cake and ice-cream..check if rum or any other alcoholic beverages are mixed. I normally go for different types of pasta, fries, coffee, lemon tart, pastries etc.

Eric Kayser VI. Nice exterior, nice interior, nothing over the top. I’d say the staff here are pleasant but not very attentive. Moderate parking. The restrooms are tiny and were very dirty when I was there (there was no running water) had to back pedal. The food was average for me; I had lasagna and creme brûlée for dessert. My creme brûlée did not break at the top like they promised on their IG page however. There is no outdoor seating but there’s a small section where you can book for small events. There’s a bar and 2 lovely baristas; a pastry section at the reception area and you don’t need reservations to get a seat here unlike many places in VI.Overall I got that fast food vibes from EK and I think it’s a bit overhyped.

Absolutely loved it there. I loved the ambiance, there’s a section with low lights that you can eat at night if you want a romantic dinner. And there’s also a brightly lit section if you’re after taking pictures as you eat.The staff were professional and super helpful, always ready to serve. The food was delicious and there’s something for everyone, whether you’re willing to spend a lot of money or if you’re on a budget.They also have valet parking which is really really great so you don’t have to worry about parking your car. So all in all, I’ll give them a 8/10 rating.

Really enjoyed breakfast here. I loved the feel of being here. Some of the servers were too casual about their service but others did well...kudos to Faith for handling being corrected well. Will definitely come again.

Absolutely love this place. Amazing bread, very good Eggs Benedict. They have plant based milk as well for your coffee and use good beans for the coffee. Their croissants are superb. Big choice of bread that you can just buy and take home. Desserts look fantastic. We will definitely be back here.

Really good food and nice ambiance. Truly a taste of Paris. Easy to locate but parking was a tad difficult because of limited space.Customer service fell below expectation. The waiter mixed up our orders, forgot the extras we ordered and had a bit of an attitude. Although she eventually apologised that they were understaffed at that time but this was only after making a complaint.In all, the food is good, very well cooked.

If you want to book they are charging 10000ngn per person. Maybe correct. They argue that this sum will be deducted from the final bill. Now the bill comes and out of 70000 ngn paid when booking, we just paid 58000ngn. the remainder, according to the staff was not to refund and without giving reasons. I had to wait for the manager to get reimbursed the 12000. CHEATING IS CHEATING. Review your staff attitude. Mr Ali thanks to you if i ll come back to Erik Kaiser again. Client since 2018, never experienced something like that. Disgusting.

It has quite a lovely ambience and they worked well with the space they have. Staff are friendly and ready to help. A plus for me is the little kiddies play area upstairs where the little ones can play while food gets ready or mum and dad have a date. Also its surprisingly affordable for such standard of fine dinning.

Had a very filling and delicious breakfast here. Ambience was really nice and the space not crowded. If youre looking for a cool place to chill in the morning while sipping on some coffee, Eric Kayser is your plug. As the morning wears on however, the place begins to slowly fill up.They could do better with service though...couldnt get the attention of any waiter for a whole 30minutes after we got there which was quite weird. Even though we were waiting for the rest of our party to show up, no one approached us to ask what we would like to have. Were we invisible or what? 😃Other than that, we had a splendid time.

It’s a really lovely breakfast spot. Not that you can’t have any other meal here. What is really surprising is the very affordable rates compared to many other spots in VI. Their meals are quite good… I’ve had a the highland sunrise and the English breakfast here. I’d rate them a solid 9/10.

Even tho it was a Sunday and had lots of people, vicinity was managed well. From the valet to the waiter. Took a minute, but after to attend to us, but after that. Smooth sailing. Alfredo pasta was creamy and chicken/mushroom filled. Lasagna was top notch. Dessert for cakes was soft and moist too. Affordable to end it all.

Hmm! I had the Pasta Pestoni, bread, white chocolate ice cream and a taste of my friends fish fillet with spicy rice.My Pestoni and ice cream were spot on 😍 but the spicy rice wasnt spicy rice but jollof rather and the fish wasnt a fillet at all but coker fish rather and it had no taste. Great restaurant and excellent customer service though💪🏾. Valet parking was wonderful too. Maison Kayser bread vibes 💯.

I love love Eric Kayser and would always take advantage of being on the island to make an order. For this establishment on Bishop Aboyade Cole, Im all over their pastry section. I love the mini financiers and madeleines... if you are a croissant lover get ready to be spoilt for choice.They have quite a number of ice cream flavours... reasonably priced!!!They were on Jumia food for a while but now appear permanently off 😞...Oh.. they offer valet parking here!!!

Eric Kayser is a great place particularly to get pastries/pastry-based food, not that they dont have other food options available though. Lovely ambience, central location, modern decor and good quality food. Its a good spot for both intimate dining or group hangouts. The price point is as expected - neither cheap nor overly expensive. The waiters are attentive and food preparation time wasnt bad at all.Avoid going too close to their current closing time of 10pm though as the pressure for them to close becomes tangible and you get the sense of being rushed.

It has a perfect lighting with a sophisticated and welcoming ambience and my server was courteous and knowledgeable.My meal combined of very tasty flavors and the mixed green salad was fresh and light.The menu seemed a bit limited and it was disappointing that a few things were missing on it, but I guess the kitchen wanted to focus their attention on a smaller selection of meals.Nonetheless my overall experience was fantastic.

For “proper meals” like pasta, always request for salt, pepper etc. It’s a French restaurant so you can only get salt & spices on request.Parking can be a hassle but it depends on the time & day of the week.Great spot and lighting for pictures. 8/10.

French cuisine in Victoria Island. Not bad. It has this Parisian cafe vibe. So the ambience is suited more for a brunch with the girls or catching up with friends. If you want a quiet private romantic date, just note that there are windows literally everywhere so....lol. The pricing was surprisingly affordable as well. The staff here were super nice and customer friendly. ❤

When I entered that establishment, I was taken away by how airy and nice looking it was. The staff were very attentive and took care to ensure we were comfortable. Our food was prompt, which was a surprise considering how busy the restaurant was. I liked the fact they had a baby play tool which ensured the little ones weren’t bored. I also used the bathroom and it was very clean.I would recommend a visit to the restaurant.

This restaurant is very modern with natural lighting giving it a lovely atmosphere for fine dining, not forgetting the bright playroom at the top affording you the opportunity to have a nice experience with your kids. I went for brunch on a Sunday with the family and everyone expressed how lovely the food was and also how relaxed the atmosphere was. There were lots of big names people there but they were able to enjoy their meals without disturbances. I would strongly recommend this establishment to everyone.

Ive been here quite a few times. Theres nothing special about the food, it falls within the normal distribution of restaurants in Lagos. Portion sizes are normal and pricing is nothing out of the ordinary. What I dont enjoy is the way the restaurant has a not-so-subtle difference in the way they treat customers that appears to be based on skin colour. I have come to expect a certain level of sycophantic behaviour in Nigeria towards foreigners, but this place really takes the cake. And for this reason, I have given them 2 stars.

Visited on Sunday and brunch was just perfect. The croissants, baguette, salmon salad and dessert was lovely. Mocha was great too. Google map says I have been here 10 times my favourite breakfast place. This salad is delicious, lasagna and chicken. I keep going back.... much loveMy favourite place Iam just a regular here.

Very classy restaurant in Lagos. Location is good but parking can be a tad difficult when crowded. Interior is beautiful, the lights, the decor is well planned. The layout of the pastries is good. Food is wonderful. A very good place for 1st date or romantic lunch or dinner. The Chef makes the best cakes in Lagos. I love the arrangement and display. My childrens new favourite restaurant. The play area is a huge hit with them. Im overjoyed to have a family friendly restaurant I can go to for grownup time while keeping them busy. The childrens set meals are very reasonably priced and include a drink and ice cream. So I score mummy points every time we go. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They tweaked my salad for me without any complaints. The parking can be an issue but the valet parking helps if youre visiting without a driver. Theyve thought of everything to make visiting easier. Id whole heartedly recommend the restaurant for a girls lunch or a family meal out.

Every customer/client dreams of visiting an establishment and getting an almost pampered style of service. Professionalism and politeness with a bit of easy chatter/banter is great. This will be my third time at Eric Kayser Nigeria but the first time I’m really enjoying the service there. Although it was full and quite busy, the staff did not look overwhelmed or frazzled. They carried on efficiently with their duties. The chicken in the chicken ceaser salad was well seasoned and tasty. The dressing for the salad balanced the tasty chicken with the crunchy romaine lettuce and the croutons nicely. Loved the iced coffee and strawberry smoothie. When you are in the mood to spoil yourself food wise , pay them a visit.

First public place I have been to in Nigeria with valet parking! First great impression. I dont have to be fetched to repark while eating! Love it!! Interior is carefully done in such a way though large space, it comes across as cozy.Service is impeccable, friendly, courteous and even helpful in making choices. Before breakfast arrived, my first helping of baguettes were finished, I was offered more. Usually not offered in most restaurants I must say. The baguette is delicious and if that is test for my palettes, then the pastries here must be heavily.The smoothie was too sweet, concentrates should be reduced a bit.Breakfast proper was awesome!!! I like that the ingredients played well with my taste buds, nothing was too much.There has to be a repeat! Highly recommended!

How many restaurants in Lagos do that???Interior decor is fantastic, as it is obvious attention has been paid to details. Went out on a birthday dinner, one of the classiest restaurants I’ve been, the prices fairly decent.Customer service was really good, they were very patient as our group arrived late, we also felt very pampered.I personally think they need to improve on their pasta dishes. Looks very plain, it needs some touch of Africa spice to it in my opinion. The type of pasta needs to be reviewed as well, not every one likes Spaghetti. I have had better pasta dishes.Overall, we had a good dinner night.

We had a lovely server named Aderonke attend to us and I was pleased with the experience...the almond croissants were flaky, buttery, and had just the right amount of almonds and marzipan. I enjoyed my salmon and cream cheese bagel. The fresh rocket set it off nicely. My friend has the fig and goats cheese sandwich...she enjoyed it and said shed order it again. I finished my meal with a nice cup of ginger tea with a shot of fresh ginger juice. Nice touch and I will definitely be back.

A post birthday dinner got me here with a friend and the ambience was very quaint and cozy. The blend of furniture and fittings create that effect. With a childrens play room upstairs, a sitting area outside, a separate area for events and different furniture types for your mood, its a choice place to be.I quite fancied the Maison Kayser Lasagna and the Virgin Chapman I took. The bread was good too. Service was excellent and the staff were wonderful.Saturday evenings seemed a peak period as it took a while to get service and a bank close by had to do for parking, without which it was a very pleasant experience.

On their good day, maybe they are a 4 star but on the day I went, service was scattered. So we were missing one of our party and had ordered 2 pizzas - to keep it short the waiter forgot our order, we had to remind him later and wait again for it to be prepared.Second thing that lost them a star ⭐️- their AC(Air Conditioner was dripping on the table they put us at. We could have called their attention to it which we did when we were leaving but the fact that you don’t pay attention to the appliances at your place is negligible.The pasta was great, pizza - ok, milkshakes- DIVINE and the desert was on point.

Very good experience. Fantastic ambience. Went with the kids for childrens day. Good kids menu with good value including a scoop of ice cream. Lovely playground upstairs. The manager also gave the kids additional free ice cream. Excellent service! For couples, singles groups and families.
