This place is too dry to be an icecream shop, you can hardly get the flavor you desire, they will always look for other option for you. They need new staff as well, pls note that you might not be able to sit inside the ice cream store , there’s a sitting area outside tho

Ice Cream Factory is inconsistent. Some days, the cakes taste lovely but most days, you can tell the cakes are past their sell-by date, theyre very hard, inedible and even smell old (if youre a cake lover like me youll understand). Its annoying because the cakes are very expensive. Price is not an issue, but the product must always be as fresh as possible at such a high price point. Please do better, your company started off great, but quality of your baked goods at this branch is terrible.

Ive been here several times and Ive always been unimpressed. Their ice cream is okay. The texture is great but the flavours are super weak.But their muffins and cakes are garbage. They are over priced and they taste terrible.Two of their muffins were so bad I had to bin them, I bought a cake that tasted like it was 3-4 days stale, and the cake costs N2,400..Money isnt the problem, its the fact that they charge you N2,400 for a stale slice of cake.. I could buy better cake in Spar for N500.Very bad place

Loved the ambiance. The different ice cream flavors and the background music. The only clause was we were choked up for space. Some of us had to stand while having our ice cream.
