Oh well... same old Coldstream. I am impressed that they are still taking the Covid19 protocols really seriously (compared to other places I visited the same day). My preferred flavors are always americone, malted cream and baileys and of course with crushed waffles. Coldstone has remained consistent, I dont think they have any strong competition yet. So yes to coldstone!

Visited the Saka Tinubu store. Lovely environment, but they were short on materials for the founders ice cream. Really beautiful environment.

This place features design your own ice cream delight;where you’re presented with different options of ice cream flavors, toppings and sizes. My first time there was wonderful, the ice cream taste speaks for itself. Setup in a cozy place with experienced workers, that’ll attend to you promptly. There’s also a sit-out, where you can have your ice cream outside in the cool of the night. Good accessibility to location with security personnel.

The new-look cold stone is spacious and neat. The menu is basically the same.

The attendant wasn’t very friendly. Maybe she had a long day though. Also there were these low quality plywood planks on the stairs which weren’t safe to walk on at all. The Ice cream is great, as always. The parking is decent and the environment is just okay.

The service has really taken a set BACK with the new staff. They were slow, talked back when we tried to give them advice and one of their gloves was basically had all their fingers out. The scope sizes reduced as the prices increased and there are apparently new rules they didnt think to update their customers about ? Im only giving 2 stars cause the ice cream is tasty.

The takeaway for me is the recent expansion, taking coldstone to the top of the building has created more space and it is not as tight as before

This was the first Coldstone in Nigeria.I loved that the Shop has a view.So you can watch while you take your ice-cream.I like how the members of Staff are very cheerful and suddenly break into singing.I love how they try to attend to everyone as quickly as possible

Quiet location, sufficient parking space. Orders take little time to be ready as this store is hardly crowded and for that, I always prefer to go to this particular store branch.P.S: The ice cream toppings here are fresher than what you get at ICM, the latter always feels stale/old

Everytime I need to chill with friends after a stressful day, this is the spot. Their milkshakes is 👌. And the ice cream. Also you can get cupcakes, dessert and regular size cakes.

As regular costumer i do not appreciate that after queuing for a good time due to business volume versus team on duty. that Daniel serve the uneducated woman after me in the queue. You lost a regular costumer on your ice cream business as i already prefer for better quality PIZZA HUT which is way above your quality you ll be happy not to see me to be so badly served in your business. I can also recommand also on the pizza side to all to experience pizza hut way better quality even if entering nigerian market just recently . It ll take a while but your market share will drop seriously. Beside even if today not has such developed than you HANS AND RENE have also better quality.Keep your bad service.

This is a small shop with very little spacing. Parking is usually difficult owing to the location being in a high-density mobile phones market. Id recommend cold stone in a different location.Edit (Nov 2019): the parking is still the same but there are guards to help you navigate the parking. The service experience too is good

The crowd here is minimal compared to other coldstone locations and customer service is very good

I hate to give bad reviews but this one was really annoying. Its a pizza and ice cream spot so I can understand runny stomachs and all. But they really need to put in more effort in maintaining thier restrooms.

I heard that the standard is superb!They opened a branch close to my apartment and their amice cream is awe-amazing. You should try. Everyone is on thos all healthy eating thingy but everyone should try it.

Despite the fact that I am a huge fan of cold stone creamery I need to express my dissatisfaction on the services I have received.On several occasions I call the Saka Tinubu branch, which is less than 15 minutes away from the delivery address, to place an order. If I am fortunate enough to even receive the order then it must be mixed up. I never receive exactly what I order. E.g I might have ordered chocolate and strawberry but when it gets delivered, after several hours of waiting, I will get chocolate and vanilla. On some other occasions even after endless calls to confirm if my order is in transit, I end up never receiving my order, I mean nothing at all and with no apologies.After receiving such services I ask myself if I should still patronise this business. Please, management should look into the delivery services and try to improve because the bad services might eventually supersede the wonderful taste of the ice cream.
