I was there before, but theres big problem for the estate the problem is that they dont even like hausa people at all , Im a hausa by tribe, I was drive motorcycle 🏍️ there before so them come and stopped us, they said they no need hausa people, All of Us were a visitor for this Lagos is only Yoruba people got this city, Ethnic differences are not good

Its a beautiful estate but more of industrial place. There are alot of companies operating inside the estate which make it not too conducive as a residential place. Of course there are residential buildings there too, in case you are thinking of getting an apartment. There is an easy navigation while driving out the estate to Ago palace way. The U-turn is not too far from the estate gate.

Clean and safe environment

So I went to the estate to visit my friend, its a cool place, a bit Sandy I mean the soil so Im just imagining how the place will be during rainy season. Some streets have interlocking blocks on the floor and decent drainage Systems but others dont.Its a cool place my other fear is the traffic on that Ago palace way road .All in All its okay. Also it is well placed on Google Map so you can use it to navigate 👍🏾

Community Development at work. I love the Executives. The estate is growing very fast. They are currently having electricity issues especially Vincent Ogamba Crescent (Association Drive). In a bid to resolve electricity issues, the estate purchased four transformers. These transformers will help the estate cut off from Abule (Community close to the estate). In couple of weeks there will be steady power supply. The area not having light presently are Vincent Ogamba, Israel Chukwu, etc. Light issues since April 2019 making two months plus with out electricity yet Ikeja electric is still bringing bills. Ago Undertaking at Century are scammers.
