Good maintenance culture unlike other Lagos state estate.

Beautiful, serene and clean environment.The kind of neighborhood you will love to raise your children.It is hard to imagine such a place exists somewhere in the middle of the rowdy Apapa road area.Nice!

Quite small in size but in a quiet environment. The buildings need to be upgraded. However, seems investors are beginning to troupe into the area. Some of the buildings are being renovated.

The Estate is located around costain area at Ebute Metta.It is a beautifully designed Estate, with good layouts. The environment is well organized. This is really a good environment to settle ones family.There is a food market nearby, and oyingbo big market is also there. This environment is just a 50naira bus away from idumota (Lagos island) one of the biggest market for clothings etc.Compare to Lagos island, this much more affordable environment... And unlike Lagos island, its not choked up. Working around LAGOS island one can settle down here

A small estate in Abule nla area of Ebute Metta, houses Abule nla Health Center, finely located in a serene environment. I must confess, i didnt expect such seemingly conducive environment in such area, such an average neighbourhood😊, well I guess my perception of Ebute Metta🙈before. Houses are not new, Im however not concerned about that, but the fact that it seems being maintained fairly well. This will be my neighbourhood and Im just happy with peace that hovers around the hood.
