Better than most estates on the island and you can take that to the bank or argue with your paddle boat when it rains

It is a residential estate with top notch apartments and houses. The road is being presently interlocked and at the rate the work is being done it should be completed within a year.

I currently reside at this estate. Its very safe because of the security guards are always going around the estate checking everything is in place. The best part is that we have constant light and the roads are currently been built as well. However, the water is not really clean, you should consider treating your water if you want to reside here.
