Serene Estate. Streets are all interlocking tiles. Security is tight ( Having OPC as street guards at night). Gated estate. Point to note.....some part of the estate suffers flood😢

It is organised with comprehensive security right from the gates; internal transport system that conveys people from the gate to their destination. It has a lot in terms of your daily house needs,Pharmacy, shopping malls,worship centres..etc

One of the most organised estate in Ago Palace way linking Festac Apple Junction. It security personels are well trained with great conducts. The roads linking streets are interlocked with good views of houses well structured.

Good environment to live in and raise a family,safe and secure,well organised....the only down side is electricity supply

An example of how Nigeria can be provided that dedicated leadership is put in place. Here a group of people have recreated a forsaken piece of real estate into a thriving and livable community complete with good roads, drainage and streetlights. All on their own without any government assistance. Kudos to them.

Light is a disaster, better roads will be fantastic & recreational 🏞s, large scale afforestation programme along streets ll be a game changer cause theres no shade whatsoever in the estate which is TERRIBLE.

Its a nice estate, with 65% of its road interlocked, but the pending issue with this estate is that electricity supply is below average. It has almost everything surrounding it

The eatate is a well guarded place with a tight security...streetlighted, beautiful houses, good road outlets but has drainage issues during raining seasson, although its a place to live in.

Its a serene estate located on Okota road, Isolo, populated mostly by the Igbos. The security check at the gate is very minimal...people walk/drive in and out unrestricted. There is a good community Pharmacy (Cosbi Pharmacy) inside the estate and another one (Seadorn Pharmacy) just a two blocks from the estate gate.The estate had a transport system (Tricycle) that carry passengers within the estate.There is a gym center. There is laundry shop. There is a minimart/grocery store.

Quiet and reserved residential neighbourhood. La Val Continental hotel is a top class hotel located within the estate. So you dont have to go far to enjoy some good food, swimming good music and caring hospitality.

The place is kinda cool , many uncompleted building still there probably for sale and also kekke napep are allow inside the estate but their security level Im going to grade it 3 on the scale of 10

There is a private school in this Estate that makes stars out of children: Davesther Private Schools @ 32 Nixon Okwara st. Last bus stop( Canal view end of the Estate.
