Really nice residential environment. No noise, the streets are well labelled and houses numbered. Easy to locate where you are going.

Quiet, well laid out plan. Clean and well numbered. Security was present and you can also access via tricycles if you arent driving.

Awesome place. Quiet and well organized for families. Good roads and friendly neighbours. Organized and well managed estate with university faculty street names. Was originally owned by Unilag staff, but now houses other professionals. Nice place to live.

Tiny roads and kinda crowded. But not bad

This is a medium housing estate primarily owned by University of Lagos staffs, the streets are named after Departments e.g Sciences, Social Sciences etc.It is quiet and serene in nature, good but not tight security, about 60% tarred roads, some few shopping stores.What makes the ambiance and some views more interesting is its proximity to natural habitat.

The place is quite and cool. But no trees on the road.I expect upgrade in near future.Thanks

Lovely estate, security massive but bumps are much in the estate be careful if you drive a sport car.....

I hate the way the residents use the car horn to call their security men or family to open gate even at the middle of the night
