This is by far the best place to be in Victoria island. Very comfortable apartments. The view from the balcony was awesome. Just that its really difficult to locate, aside that, its the best yet

This estate is a very Well organized one and has the following attractions:1, security: the guards here are well cultured and professional. They wont let you in unless you can prove your destination.2, drainage: drainages system is well planned as against what u find in other estates.3, waste disposal: Every building has a dedicated waste can.4, location and roads. Its location makes it easy to locate and the roads leading to the estate is very good likewise the roads within the estate

Located in the heart of Victoria island. The estate is well planned my only co corn is during rainy season the entrance on Water corporation drive is almost inaccessible due to some bad portions of the road. Internal roads are being improved on of recent.

This estate is at Victoria island Lagos. It has three entrance gate. You go through laliga bus stop, sandfill bus stop or landmark hotel.I lived in this estate for 4months
