Ultra modern housing complex. Suitable for singles on the island. You get to see a broad view of Lagos always, that is if you stay on higher floors. It is situated close to a lot of corporate offices

Security is good but it looks old. Might need some renovations.

This place has pedigree. It is a nice cosy place to stay and it has a stand by generator, cool tennis court and swimming pool. The view too is elevating as you can see the sea and most of the Island especially if you live o the top flats

Didnt really enter the buildings , but nice utilities are close by like fast food and atm lots of schools too

Excellent Housing Estates in the heart of Victoria Island. This estate has excellent security guards, good road networks, 24/7 light, ATM galleries for GTBank & Zenith Bank, schools, shopping mail, mosques and churches. A lots of tourists from all over the world lives in this estate. Thanks

1004 management sucks. They flats have good bones so to speak. The floor plans are spacious but the cheap finishings cheapen the look. I could write a book abouy my 5 year experience here for work. Youve been warned, find another place unless you dont mind being your own local government after paying your service charge.

Its a good serviced apartment in Lagos. Its good and the facilities are optimal.

1004 is first a residential area and then a bypass for motorist experiencing heavy traffic on the highway. It was built by some foreigners who had a long stay in Nigeria of which some apartments were later sold to individuals who still live there till today. Needless to say that alot of foreigners still reside here.

This is very organise residential place with large parking lot for residents. The environment is clean.

For first timers, when you exit the lift to whatever floor, even numbers are on your left while odd numbers are on your right.
