This is an estate inside millennium estate off redemption crescent in gbagada. It has very tight security as the person you are going to visit must inform the security men at the gate before you are granted access into the estate. It is a very organized, and peaceful estate . The houses are addressed as blocks and houses .I saw a trampoline and a basketball court, though i am not sure if it was provided by the estate or a private individual. Though the cars are parked in an orderly manner, but the parking space is not enough as you can see some parked by the roadside. Asides the parking issue i would have rated this a 5star.

This is a very peaceful and secure estate. There are a lot of vacant three suspended floored duplexes available in the estate so it has a well controlled crowd going in and out of the estate.It is indeed a good and convenient place to live too

Cool. Nice environment. But, it would be more organized to have central water and lighting. This would reduce the noise when general power supply is cut off!

I visited briefly. I like the fact that its a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood.

Mixed up

It is a good Estate with good security, at least 18 hours of power supply daily, constant water and serene environment. The houses sometimes have mould growing on the walls during the rainy season because of the swampy nature of the area. Residents are expected to turn off their generating set at 12am in the event that there is no power supply. There’s a quarterly service charge that covers security, cleaning and refuse disposal.

Its a beautiful estate with a poor water supply system. The central water tank that supplies water in the estate is very small and residents have to buy tanks to store water when its being pumped which makes the water finish in no time.The problem here is there is not always enough water to use and in most cases no water when one needs it. The environment is serene and quiet with good road networks. It comprises of five bedroom, four bedroom and three bedroom flats.

Not easy to locate but a nice place to stay considering the ease of access it provides to whichever part of town you might be headed.
